I loved the hotel the views the pool the location and service.

Before we arrived at the hotel, we were a bit nervous because some photos about the rooms of this hotel which we found on other websites, were not as tempting or justifying the price it requested. However, all our doubts were quickly cast away the moment we entered our room. The room was modernly furnished, neat and more spacious than we expected for […] most Hong Kong hotels. We were lucky enough to get the corner room, with walls on two sides of the wall, embracing an ample view of the Victoria Harbor. The hotel staff was friendly and sincerely helpful, even during the busy new year weekend. They made our stay a smooth and convenient one without having to worry about some trivial stuffs. The location of the hotel is yet another advantage. We were located above the Pacific Place, a mall which boasts of a wide selection of all categories and all price ranges. The Pacific Place itself also encompasses an MTR station, so it's quite convenient getting around everywhere in HK. If you are into more actions, the hotel is just 5 mins of cab ride away from the famous Central Area with Lan-Kwai-Fang. Or another 10 minutes from the Causeway Bay area for a different take of HK. If you're looking for SPA experience, maybe this hotel may not be able to wow you with the fancy stuffs but they still have some basic and solid selections for you. Wonderful hotel, great food and staff, can't wait to return

We arrived jetlagged and smelling of a long haul flight early Friday morning. The staff welcomed us, relieving tired arms of all bags and whisked us to reception. To our unbelievable delight we were able to go to our room immediately. Hot water, comfortable room with lovely views to the hills, complimentary tea and fruit - we were in heaven. As a family […] of four, including two active lads under 12, it can be a challenge to find a suitable room for all of us. JW Marriott is great for families - friendly helpful staff, breakfast buffet delighted my number two - best ever he said. Staff are discrete, helpful and happy to help with a smile. Well done! Great in house dining food if you are top hangover. I will definitely book this hotel on my next visit.

Really great hotel in Hong Kong. My wife and I plus 2 kids stayed here for 4 nights over Easter. Really great location. Used the free H1 shuttle from Hong Kong Station and arrived in only a few minutes. Staff couldnt be more helpful and location above Pacific Place is perfect for access to Admiral MTR. Very comfortable room and loved the pool and health […] club. Also easy walk to Peak Tram through the park. Nice restaurants. Definitely would stay here again next time in Hong Kong. I have stayed at most of the 5 star hotels in HK and there are much better hotels in Hong Kong for the price. The location is not that great, but if you want to be in that part of town try the Hyatt. The hotel is looking fairly dated now, the staff are excellent, but you would expect that in Asia as a given.

Excellent hotel to stay in HK and great value for money. Service is excellent!

香港屈指のショッピングモール「パシフィック・プレイス」と直結しており、尚且つフェリーポートや湾仔にも近いので遊ぶのにも使えるホテルです。 同じくパシフィックホテルに直結しているホテルでは、シャングリラに泊まったことがあるのですが、部屋はシャングリラの方がやや広かったです。 しかしながら、価格はJWの方が安いので単純比較は難しいです。

MTRもトラムも（フェリーは隣の駅ですが）近いので、何と言っても観光には便利です。 近辺の４つのホテルの中でもリーズナブル。とは言っても、それなりのホテルのおもてなしがありました。サービスがいいことは、旅行の楽しみを盛り上げてもらえます。 高級スーパーも近くにあり、部屋でのんびりもまたOK。他のホテルのレストランめぐりもOK。 幅広い楽しみ方ができると思います。最高級ではないけれど（建物も古いし、若干設備で気になるところもありました）、気取らずいい気分で過ごせるホテルだと思います。

ホテルの方の対応はフレンドリーでサービスもよかったです。毎日ペットボトルの無料のお水を補足しておいてくれたり、フルーツのサービスも毎日してくださっていました。朝早くから9時ごろまでロビー入口近くでコーヒーのサービスもあり、そういったささやかなサービスもうれしいです。 客室、浴室などの備品・アメニティも十分満足いくものでした。 ひとつ気になったのは、喫煙の部屋だったので煙草の匂いがすごかったです。

エグゼクティブハーバービュールームのため、一般のフロントではなく、 エグゼクティブラウンジでチェックイン、チェックアウトできたのは非常に便利でした。 ただし、ホテルに着いたときに、ロビーにいたホテルマンが上層階でのチェックインのことを知らずに確認に手間取っていたので、そのあたりの教育が必要ですね。 あと４名での宿泊ですが歯ブラシなどが３名分しかなかった点、新聞が１泊目になく、２泊目のみ、ウェルカムフルーツも２泊目のみでどうも情報が徹底されていないと思われました。 あとシャワールームがバスタブと別れていてよかったのですが、シャワールームの扉の隙間より、シャワーの水がこぼれてしまう構造のため、 床面が水で相当濡れてしまい、あとで自分で吹かなければなりませんので、このあたりは改良が必要です。 […]  ただし部屋からの春節の花火は最高でした。ハーバービュールーム指定した甲斐があり、部屋を真っ暗にして、家族４人でヴィクトリアハーバーに上がる花火に約３０分間を堪能しました。 またバスルームや部屋、ロビーなど綺麗に清掃されており、そのあたりは指導が行き届いているなと感じました。 あと少し気になるのはチェックアウトの際に機械的に処理されたような感じを受けたのが、少し残念な感じがしました。 機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。 Baca selengkapnya

５つ星ホテルだが、お高くとまってない。サービスの感じがよい。２面ある窓で解放感がある。カフェも広く、のびのびできる。もっともいいのは、地下でパシフィックモールと地鉄駅につながっていること。雨に当たらずに楽しめる。モールは、高級店から雑貨まで、しかもレストラン、映画館もある。良いホテルです。

子供二人を含めて４人で泊まれるホテルとしては他にあまり香港では無い為、しょうがない選択でした。エグゼクティブルームの部屋指定なしプランで予約し、現地でハーバービューを要求すると、一泊ＨＫ＄220-を追加で請求されました。２５階でしたが眺めは最高とまでは行かず 少し価格に見合っていない感じでした。逆に山側の方が 静かでプールなどもみえるため良いかもしれません。 ３３階と３４階のエグゼクティブラウンジで無料の朝食サービスやいつでもソフトドリンク類を無料で飲めたりなどがあり、内容もかり充実していて、よかったです。部屋はシーツを汚しても、取り換えられてなかったり、無料のミネラル水やスリッパの代えがあったりなかったりで、部屋の清掃サービスにもされる人の質の差があるような気がします。また、夜にベッドメイ […] キングが来るのですが、チョコをサービスに配る人もいれば何もない人もいます。メンテナンスのスタッフのサービスの均一化があって欲しいところです。また、唯一納得いかないのはＷＩＦＩの使用料金が非常に高額だと言う事。最近、無料も当たり前が多いのに２４時間ＨＫ＄１２０もかかります。場所は下がＭＴＲの駅やPacificPlaceのショッピングモールなので大変便利でした。地下にはスーパーもあります。また、歩いて５分ほどのシャングリラホテルの裏側に大きな香港公園がありここも素敵です。他、ホテル内では７階のプールとその横のカフェはかなり雰囲気がいいです。 プールは小さい子供も泳げる水深９０ｃｍからだんだｎ深くなっています。ただウキワなどの貸出はありません。バスタオルのみ貸出があり、プールは宿泊者は無料でした。チェックアウトもエグゼクティブラウンジで可能で、座ってできました。全体的に、小さい子供を連れて香港旅行をするには、色々な香港のホテルを泊まりましたが このホテルが（値段を気にしなければ）最高ではないかと思います。 Baca selengkapnya

ホテルの立地やサービスについては最高級なので問題なく満足ですが、申込プランが「朝食付き」だったのですが、ホテルに着くと「朝食はついていません」と言われ、結局朝食は食べれず仕舞いでした。（Hotels.comさんの問題？） 帰国の際に二人の子連れだった為に、ホテルより空港までタクシーにのりましたが、渋滞を理由に信じられないほどの遠回りをされ、帰りのありえない高速代まで要求されました。もちろん支払いませんでしたが、ホテルからの乗車ということで、ホテルの質も問われるのでは？
