Wow....I will ALWAYS stay at Embassy Suites! The manager's reception and breakfast were fantastic! And the staff was absolutely the best.

I've stayed here before & booked for my daughter & son-in-law. Other than a rusty bathroom her reports were glowing . Much in contrast to the Hyatt Place we stayed at 4/24 in Buckhead.She said the breakfast was fantastic and owning a cafe makes her a strong critic. The Hyatt is easier for my trips to Piedmont hosp, but this is a much better hotel!

There were a few issues we encountered with the facilities- treadmill not working, pool area had an awful smell on our 1st of 3 nights (may have just been some type of chemical), but was resolved my the 2nd night. My son and I had a problem with one of the elevators not closing (opening) all the way when we were getting into it one night. My biggest […] complaint was the per device (not per room) internet charge. We had 2 kids with tablets, and a laptop, which costed us an additional $30.00 per day! We made sure to make up for it by taking full advantage of the nightly manager's reception, which was great! Breakfast was by far the best "complimentary" breakfast I've ever had. The hotel is in a nice location with friendly staff. However, the lobby furniture is starting to show some age. The room was nice but could have been a little cleaner. Someone needs to learn how to dust.

There was a wedding going on during our stay, and the wedding guests were so loud that we could hear nearly entire conversations taking place in the atrium while we sat inside the sitting room of our eighth-floor suite. Great staff, the night hotel manager was so helpful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We had a very nice, quiet stay and enjoyed the hotel immensely. The hotel was very clean and in excellent condition. My son said it was the nicest place and he would love to stay there again. Not something you hear much from a 16 year old!

I wasn't too happy that I was charged for making local calls. I would have liked the front desk to make me aware of this when I checked in. The communication could have been better. I had to ask a lot of questions. What time is breakfast? When is check out... Other than that we had a nice stay.

The only problem I had, was I had an issue with the gaming system in thr room. I called the front desk for help. They answered the phone but no one ever came to the room or fixed the issue.

I arrived late and checked into a room that smelled smokey and was very humid. My sinuses went clogged up and throat felt like closing. Upon further inspection I noticed dust build up on furniture in bathroom and filter had dust all around it. It forced me to sleep under covers. As I returned home my closes stunk of the smokey room.

Great stay. Convenient to Marta. About a 5 mintue walk. Nice relaxing trip for an overnight stay. Buffet breakfast was plentiful in the morning. A lot of seating which definitely was needed b/c this hotel was packed with guests. One thing that would have been nice would have been to have the bacon/sausage on the buffet as opposed to having to wait in […] line for it with people waiting for the omlets. Location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Suite is divided by bathroom in the center. Bedroom faces window and living room faces the atrium. Showing some signs of age, but well maintained. 3 elevators are speedy so wait is minimal. Parking garage in the rear with no direct access so a little inconvenient. I had a pleasant stay, hotel was in fairly good shape. Just found a ripped comforter, a dirty comforter, 5-6 dirty plates on the breakfast buffet, they had no room for me when I got there to check-in way past the check-in time, room service didn't leave me any clean towels the first day. Expected a lot more from Embassy. Staff was friendly, but rooms needed a good cleaning overall and updating. Trash cans didnt have liners and shower tiles needed repair. Hot tub was dirty, and happy hour drinks were served in cheap plastic cups. Downstairs common areas were nice. Parking was easily accessible and free. I was charged a $50 "incidental fee". I was assured by the front desk that this will be refunded to me. I did not get a clear understanding as to why this fee was charged in the first place. The managers reception in the evenings combined with the breakfast in the am added to the value. Room was a little warm had to keep air on 64 to be comfortable in the winter so not sure how ro would feel in the summer.

Great hotel, like every Embassy that I have ever stayed at. Awesome breakfast, fantastic staff, clean, and relaxing. 8 minute walk across parking lots to MARTA train. Bring an umbrella if it's raining. Quick notes: I usually pack light and use laundry facilities. Hundreds of rooms with only 1 washer and dryer caused some issues for several of us wanting […] to use the guest laundry facilities. Also, the shuttle service was sub-par compared to other Embassy Hotels in which our group has stayed. Shuttle drivers seemed uncomfortable going anywhere outside their "normal" stops. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very convenient to everything. The daily hot breakfast and manager's reception every night was very good. It's a nice hotel and the breakfast is good. But I am really disappointed by the service of the staff. I called three times for extra towels, Nobody delivered, after I called again the front desk, finally they sent someone in to tell me I need to wait for 2hrs to gt the clean towels. I forgot my battery charger in the hotel after I checked out, I called […] several times, initially I was told they could not find it in the room, then after several attempts, a house keeping lady told me she found it and can send back to me if I pay the shipping charge.
