The room was perfectly laid out and very comfortable. Felt a little like home(except that I only have 1 bed in mine) The staff was friendly and attentive. "Stay somewhere else"
HORRIBLE! Ghetto doesn't even describe. Had to put a towel in the door of the bathroom so I could keep the door shut and use the bathroom. Requested another room and there were at least 12 rooms on my floor empty but the manager said there was nothing she could do. Had a million excuses including blaming the front desk clerk for being incompetent when […] he was the only person who attempted to be helpful. Tried to charge me $6 for a banana then said all guest get free continental breakfast and she'd give me a coupon. If everyone gets it why do I need a coupon? Overall, horrible experience. I could have stayed at at a la Quinta, motel 8, or the Marriott down the street and had service and breakfast. This is NOT a 3 star hotel! I booked because Wyndham are suppose to be 3 stars and all that implies. It definitely was not! The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the tv was broken. Completely dissatisfied! Fantastic value for the $$, this hotel was very clean, recently re-furbished and you could tell... full suite with large mini fridge, microwave, etc. .Nice location, nice breakfast, pleasant staff, would absolutely recommend again. "Convenient location, but hotel lacks amenities"
I thought that the hotel was very nice overall. The fact that my room had no microwave or refrigerator was a huge inconvenience. When I asked at Front Desk if I could rent one, she said they we all out. These options should certainly be included for the price we had to pay for the room. "Enjoyable"
Everything was fine I only have 2 compliants. 1) The luggage cart room is in a very inconvenient location 2) My room didn't have a do not disturb hanger, so I called the front desk to tell them to let housekeeping know that I didn't want service. Rooms were nicely remodeled but they didn't replace the single pane windows especially those facing the main road. So there was quite a bit of noise. We complained about the air conditioner rumbling during start up but they never fixed it - although they did offer to move us.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

I enjoyed the hotel but thought the privacy of the rooms were odd. You can see straight through from the bathroom to the outside of the front door which was odd. We were in a king suite and the room was clean and well appointed, considering the room rates. Very convenient location, though the highway noise could be an issue for light sleepers. "Comfortable"

"Should have gotten more for what we paid."
The service at the desk was great, the service from the cleaning crew wasn't. The cleaning crew really needs to work on not blocking the walkway with their carts while the chat. I sent my son to get some items out the car, he said excuse me please, but both ladies didn't look at him nor move over for him to be able to step by. So I had to step out the […] room and shove him through them. I guess they got the point because one lady moved her. cart over. The rooms are fine, but the tv sucks; The air conditioner is loud so you have to turn the volume up and down. If the channel comes in fuzzy you have to flip it up then back to see if it cleared up. You can hear the traffic from the streets surrounding it. It is close to the mall and other places. For the price that we paid I had expected more, we have gotten more from from motel6.
