I loved that the hotel was only about 3 blocks away from the expressway and there were so many things around the hotel. Shopping, restaurants, etc. The main road by the hotel also took you straight into the art district. The hotel was clean, check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and I will definitely go back my next visit.

We were very pleased to see that we could walked across the street to go shopping, eat, and drink. A great "staycation" for us locals. The room was like an apartment.

I was really unhappy to be charged more than $11 a day for parking. I did not know ahead of time that parking would be extra, and I resent finding out at the last minute.

Unbelievable staff - extremely helpful, friendly, etc. etc. You can tell that customer service is a priority here. Would stay there again just because of the staff. Beds could use some updating, but not terrible - great hotel.

it was great, very comfortable and well located,also my kids were happy for the pool and the room has every thing that you need,for example,it has refrigerator,microwave,spoons,knives,forks,plates and everithing.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff was very pleasant. The suite was like a small apartment, comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The off-street parking was convenient. The hotel was gated and secure.

I really liked the hotel! It was clean and the stuff was super friendly, I loved the layout and how close it was to the Galleria and the highway. We were so pleased that we ill go back again! I loved the lady at the front desk that talked about her Chilifest experience. PRICELESS!

You can walk to numerous restaurants and the largest Mall in the greater Houston area. The only negative thing is that the Hotel need to have more than one (1) person attending Breakfast. Great hotel with friendly staff. Being so close to the Galleria mall was a great advantage for us. Even though this is not a luxury hotel, it has all the amenities that you´ll need for a good stay. Oh, and good breakfast bar too!

I stayed 3 nights and was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and the location was perfect for my needs. The Galleria area is very nice. My room was comfortable and in good condition. I also liked having wired internet (a network cable is already present in the room) as I've had bad experiences in the past with WiFi-based […] hotel internet, though they do also have WiFi available in the lobby. The room was also equipped with a nice decently sized LCD TV. No issues with noise/odors/insects/etc. I'm fairly picky/observant and the only complaint I could possibly make would be some crumbs around the border of the kitchen area that were missed when they had cleaned the room after the previous guest. My travel was for business, and I look for hotels with internet. This hotel has internet, but not wireless in the room. My room did not have an internet cable, and I did not bring one. The desk people said they would bring on to my room, but it never made it. Other than that the room was great, and the desk staff was very pleasant.

My brother in law recommended us this hotel, and we indeed had a very pleasant stay there. The hotel has a very convenient location, in a beautiful neighborhood and at a walking distance from Galleria. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is extremely kind. Vi valgt hotellet for å shoppe på Galleria Mall, før vi drar videre på ferie. Store, fine rom. Fint med eget kjøkken. Helt grei og enkel frokost. Bedre på ukedag enn helg.
