The area was quiet, met some nice guests and the hotel was near a large shopping complex with many restaurants. There was also an Auto Club conviently nearby that helped me with providing a map of the area. I loved the pillows and slept well. Room had all the amenities needed. I visited the guest laundry and the area nearby as well as the laundry itself […] was not kept as nice as the rest of the hotel but that is the only draw back besides the thin walls. My friends and I went to Napa/Sonoma for Memorial weekend and given the busy weekend many hotels were sold out. So after reading some reviews I decided to go w/ Comfort Inn. Just as expected, it was a basic hotel with comfortable rooms, it was also nice that breakfast was included. Located where the 37 and 80 highways meet, it wasn't too far from Downtown […] Napa (about a 20 minute drive) and wineries were about the same distance. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was set back away from the main streeet so it felt more secure. The hallway was a bit dingy and so was the room. We were given a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. We know that people violate hotel policies, but we feel that the maid service should have informed management that a non-smoking room had been smoked in. The manager was apologetid and gave us a different room. Next, the TV was set on closed captioning and could not be changed by either us or the […] manager that night. Manager was great. Missed and gave me a smoking room, but did go out of his way to find me a downstairs spot. It met my needs for an event nearby. Value for the dollar is here. The only negative was on a Monday morning when we went to their breakfast at about 8:30, there were no hot eggs or meat as there had been before.
