Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas, Amerika Serikat

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled so bad of smoke. The rooms were very small and the beds were not clean or comfortable at all.

The Hotel room was small and the charge for service fee was a surprise.The service fee was $12. A little high. the room had no amenities to speak of.

for the price the room was adequate. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.. when we arrived a non smoking king was not available but the staff did change the room to 2 queen beds which was fine. there are a variety of available places to eat within the hotel which were all good.

The price for the hotel on a Saturday night in Vegas is great. The Low cost and large size of the casino are an easy draw-in. The problems start however, once you get there. The hotel room was painted smoker's-cough yellow, and even though it was non-smoking, smelled the same way. For such a high price, there were still hidden pfees to be paid. Convenient location, very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Housekeeping and front desk staff were efficient, informative, and helpful. The reviews I have seen made me a little nervous, but I found the comments made in negative reviews to be unfounded, and definitely not the experience we had. I requested non smoking but got smoking room instead. No room available to change. It was super stinky in a room and hard to sleep. I stayed 1st floor. Wifi didn't work in the room. Tech came in & helped but it only worked with wire. Not wireless. It worked only for PC, not iPhone or itouch.

I having a lot of fan all time there. thank you.

Really far from any of the Strip hotels but it was alright.

Resort fees are a rip off

I was verry happy with the hotel. and staff, and all the conveince of restrants, shopping, close by.the only thing I was not to impressed with was the hidden charges. I was happy to pay the early check in fee. but upon check out I was charged $11.19 per night hotel service fee and I dont understand what that is.

We reserved a Kind size bed and when we arrived were told we had to take two doubles. They only have 7 rooms with a king size bed and mislead you. We couldn't go anywhere else because we reseved the rooms with Hotels.com. Unknown $10 a night fee added. It has a Denny's good for Breakfast $1,99 PLUS card discounts on everything on the menu. our servers were friendly and quick service, The Rooms are clean 3 star age of hotel, The Hotel seemed to be well maintained. $11,99 extra for wi fi and phone service normal for Las Vegas Hotels.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE PERIOD. THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. ***PLEASE PICK ANOTHER HOTEL.!!! *** THE ROOMS WERE JUST DISGUSTING!!

What I dont like is how price you quote rises with the hotels fees. my fees were almost equal to the hotel itself of which i did complain and i now complain to you. put it all in there so there is no misguidance. i thought its $20 then the fees kick in boosting it to $33

Customer service was not up to par. Front desk receptionist spoke little English, operator did not know hotel specials, menus or events. Hotels.com gave me wrong information about hotel deposit... At check in there was one clerk and two guests in front of me. It took the clerk 5 minutes to check in the first. There was a problem with the 2nd guests reservation. After 5 minutes that guest stepped aside and the clerk told me she had to go to the bathroom. When she did not return I called the hotel, Security came, the clerk returned but had locked […] herself out! When I presented my confirmation, she wanted a $100.00 deposit. I knew a deposit was required but I felt $100.00 was out of line and I had lost my confidence in the hotel and didn't think I would get my deposit back so I left without checking in or staying at the hotel. We still have not received our two deposits back!!! bad plumbing could not a show until late morning, room very dusty, not well cleaned..

$10 extra charge per day！It is still not expensive after that，but it is not mentioned when I booked the room online. Not happy with it. Shower and A/C equipment need to be improved.

I dont like this hotel because : 1. very strong smell of smoking in non smoking room ( so surprise..) 2. we pay for the internet fee but the internet is constantly breaking down. The hotel was nice, workers were friendly, it would have been nice if I was informed about $100 deposit ahead of time, when I booked room online. Otherwise, no other complaints

I was told when I checked in that their was only 2 beds available. There were only 5 king size beds in the entire hotel and I checked in a approximately 4:35 PM on the 8th of December. I was also upset that a Hotel service fee of was charged to my account. What was this service fee for. Very disappointed. Though the building is quite old and the furniture could use some refurbishing, the bed was AWESOME and the service second to none!

Maid left my window open - YIKES!! Not sure why she opened it. I was upset becasue I left my computer and other valuables in the room with the curtains closed. So you can imagine my surprise when I returned and found the window and curtains open on a ground floor room facing the parking lot. When I say open, there was no screen and a palm tree with […] palm leaves and "critters" in the room. I stayed after working a double at work so conveinance was a plus but the rooms could use some updating and the fact I got stuck with 2 doubles when my reservation called for a King was disappointing ....I am a local and thought i would have had a better stay

Clean room and friendly hotel staff. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children but overall nice place.

IM A LOCAL AND IM ALWAYS AT THE FIESTA.IT'S WHERE I PUT MY BETS IN,WHERE I EAT AT,WHERE I HAVE MY DRINKS,AND WHERE I WATCH MY DALLAS COWBOYS PLAY BECAUSE IT'S THE COWBOYS HEADQUATERS!!!!!!

the room was ok, may need to upgraged. tv was unclear, the shower head had water everywhere.

The room was quite adequate, the employees were very helpful and friendly. Buffet was excellent. My only complaint.....no coffeemaker in the room. If you want coffee first thing in the am like we do, then you have to get dressed, go downstairs, get your coffee...you might as well go ahead and wait until you're ready to eat. Resort fee of $15 not disclosed prior to booking. A/C special operating instruction not disclosed at check in. Runs X 15 min then shuts off. Had to keep resetting during 100 degree night Desk staff do not tell guests to insert room key in unmarked slot by door. Pool on NE side of multistory tower-- in shade all afternoon.

I wanted to pay cash for the hotel but instead was told that my debit/credit card had already been charged & that I could not pay cash. I wish I would have known in advance because I would have put the cash in my account before I checked in. Luckily, I was not overdrawn in my account but was cutting it short. That is my only comment.

everything you would need on a few days of fun in the sun. Thank you!! Guests are not warned of $100 deposit incurred by the hotel in case of damages..... just an FYI. Besides that, a wonderful stay in this hotel

After a late flight into Las Vegas, we were looking forward to a clean room for a good night's sleep. What we walked into was anything but. While the desk clerk was pleasant, the hall way leading to our room had a distinct sewer gas smell and the room itself had a backed up tub (we were on the 2nd floor). The maintenance man checked out the situation […] and recommended that we be moved immediately. We got a room on the 5th floor, but that was less than clean and the ac was very loud all night.
