I booked a three night stay for my son's college graduation. my family and I traveled from Texas. the stay was fantastic. the staff was very pleasant and attentive. the pool was amazing. the room was very clean and the ocean view from my 7th floor room was spectacular. Very nice place to stay! Close to everything even walking distance. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the worst stays I've encountered in Florida, when we called before we booked the pool was suppose to be open, here the pool and hot tub closed. "Be careful when booking an ocean view room."
Be very careful when booking this hotel from expedia. We booked an ocean view kings size room. When we got to the hotel to check in the room was only a partial view. They did move us to a full ocean view room, however they downgraded us to a double queen instead of a king size. They had two king size available, but could not use them for what they called […] an upgrade since it was going into the weekend. I personally don't feel it would have been an upgrade since it's what I paid for. But I did not argue the point as it was my husband's birthday and I did not want to make his weekend any worse. The tub faucet leaked, and the small fridge was one large piece of ice in the back. The hotel was very clean and newly updated. The bedding was very nice and the hotel staff were very kind. "Perfect Every Time!"
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times for business & then mix a little pleasure with our work trip. The front desk staff is incredibly personalble, friendly, helpful & so welcoming!!!!!! I wish I could remember the names of the front desk staff b/c they deserve recognition. The hotel has wonderful decor, the room is spacious, clean with all the amenitities […] we need. We do alot of office work in the hotel room, so the couch & desk area are great. Of course, WiFi is a must & easy to access. We have business materals sent to the hotel & they are behind the front desk when we arrive which makes work travel so convenient. We also love the pool, breakfast area, beach bar for relaxing after work. We will always use this hotel when staying in Jacksonville. Thanks for always making our stay PerFect!!! The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very nice. Our room was on the 7th. floor, the first night the noise from the bathroom overhead was quite annoying. The next night there was a noise that occured every 5 to 10 seconds, sounded like a motor clicking on and clicking off. It got to a point where it was driving me crazy. I opened the glass […] door with the hopes the surf would cover the sound. No it did not. The stay was the worst experiance I ever had at a hotel. "We love Simone!"
I just had my wedding in Ponte Vedra, Fl. We stayed in Jacksonville Beach in the Hampton Inn and it was amazing. I have never met more accommodating people in my life. The hotel staff is awesome, and friendly. They were always in great moods, and happy to assist your every need. Simone is the best front desk person I have ever come in contact with! […] I hope nothing but amazing things for her, because she deserves it! I love that girl! In fact my bridal party, and I gave her a gift because she was so amazing :) The hotel was very nice, and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again! "New Years Getaway"
Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. Service (front desk, cleaning and maintenance) was very good. Although the hotel is older it has been upgraded especially the dining area. nice renovation, wonderful pool and beach access. Good service, good breakfast and coffee bar! Only issues we encountered were constantly dripping showers and very wiggly shower heads....as if the plumber didn't attach the shower head properly. The constant dripping was a bit annoying and a big water waste in an area with water issues. Also, the prices […] listed in this website were incorrectly identified as ocean front but when we arrived we found out we only have a partial ocean view....VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! "Loved it!"
Hotel is newly renovated and modern. Front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. Awesome pool ( could be alittle warmer). Awesome hottub. Had a partial ocean view, and was absolutely perfect. Beach fantastic. Decent breakfast included!! Would definitely recommend!!Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"smelly room"
The staff talk so loud when I was cheching out early everyone in the lobby heard what was going on which made me be rude and when the heat was on it made the room smell so bad we just turned off and slept in a cold room and checked out the next dayUlasan otentik tamu Expedia
