"Convenient Location"
We like the hotel and location as it is close to where I visit. Its clean and the the attendants are always friendly and courteous. "Convenient, clean and good value for money."
I booked the hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Although the hotel guaranteed late arrival, by the time I arrived on Saturday morning, they had cancelled my reservation. Location was the reason I gave this facility a shot. The front desk staff was uneducated to which door would be closest to my room ( it was raining). Carpeting was worn and vein the hallways. Hotel needs a bit of a sprucing up. We stay there usuallyseveral times in the summer on our way to our vacation spot. The carpets need cleaning and some are tearing. "Won't stay at another Comfort Inn"
An overall musty smell in our room. Requested non-smoking, but smelled like someone smoked in it. The bed requested was a queen but felt and looked like a double. The pillows were extremely small and not very comfortable. We were not expecting much of a complimentary breakfast and it turned out just as we thought. The hotel was on a main road in the middle of a shopping district. There was road noise and then there was a group of kids that were staying there running up and down the halls and yelling. Our stay was a single night needing two rooms. Danny, at the front desk, was more than accommodating when we requested our rooms be changed to adjoining.
