We checked in very late after our plans were changed and needed an extra bed. Since we booked though hotels.com, we were told we would have to contact them - not what I wanted to hear! my mother and i stayed at the hotel. all in all it was nice. However when we had breakfast the following morning at approx. 9am the sausages were burnt to crisp and tasted really bad. The eggs tasted like powdered and were also over cooked. This was by far the worst breakfast my mother and I have had in a long time. Although the first and second floors of our property have external corridors, our third floor is furnished with indoor hallways leading to each of the rooms. We are also nearly finished with many recently added renovations such as new carpeting, linens, sofa chairs, and even flat-screen TV's; all of which are also concentrated on the third floor. We do have several smoking rooms available specifically on the ground floor. It sounds as if we could meet your needs much better in an upstairs room and we do hope that you will stay with us again so that we may provide you with that upgrade.

"Very clean, good location to college campuses"

"OK Place to stay"
It seemed a bit pricey for the area and amenities, but perhaps not too bad considering the season near start of college and fall colors. Our only complaint was that the breakfast bar was too crowded, and the T.V. remote battery was weak.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"avoid this hotel"

It was okay for the price and was where we needed to be. Breakfast was adequate, with something for everyone. Juice varied with various amounts of concentrate, none good. Bathroom was tiny. Ask for handicap accessible if needed. Request for 1st floor room didn't happen. Pool was really nice and shaded tables were available. "Carpet sodden-room mouldy/musty- hotel did nothing"
On checking in noticed room smelled awfully damp. We saw mold in bathroom. Initially did not care too much, noting there is apparently no natural ventilation in these rooms other than the door (which we duly propped open). But we soon realised that parts of the carpet were soggy (truly as if someone had tipped water on the floor), while the entire carpet […] was damp to the touch. Reported to front desk who undertook to investigate and get maintenance to verify (presumably before giving us a different room). We waited ... Waited... Nothing. On following up we were told 'oh thats just the ac unit leaking - that happens' (as if this was normal), and in any case the ' maintenance guy goes home at night' (as if I was silly for expecting something to be done about it). We definitely won't be back. Aside from that room was tiny and need of renovation - neighborhood a bit sketchy too. Linen was clean, and Pool and breakfast were okay, however. "Good Hotel Experience"
The hotels location was very close (about 3.5 miles) to downtown Burlington and other attractions in the area. It was clean and very comfortable. "Amazing last minute !"
Well, when we cross the Lost River Road, Woodstock NH when we came back from Ogunquit Maine, we had to find a nice hotel and a not very expensive one. So I download the application Hotels.com and start to find an hotel near Burlington... so the Quality Inn Colchester/Burlington Area was our best deal around ! Our experience there was awesome, the pool […] was clean and hot, our bedroom was clean, the staff was funny and the breakfast succulent with those "do it yourself" waffle ! "Nice place if nothing Cheaper is Available!!"
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The room was ok, nothing to brag about. The door was stuck and had to be forced to open. The entry cards that were issued worked less than 25% of the time and we could not get to our room without using this system. That was probably the most aggravating part of the experience.
