"one draw back"
The only negative point is that a few of the bldgs., including the one we stayed in had no elevator. We were met by a great young man named Alex on 5-31 & 6-1 who carried our bags up & down to our room & to the front of the hotel, on the day we left. He even loaded up our car for us! "Lovely getaway, convenience, and great service"
We had a girls' weekend outing and we had a great time. The room is very comfortable and the small fridge is perfect to store water, wine, and food. The location is perfect, direct access to the beach with towel, chairs and umbrellas, very relaxing. We didn't try the pools but they seemed to be real popular. "Great Beach, remodeled but fundamentally flawed"
We love Cape Cod and have come for several years, however this was our first time at Sea Crest and Falmouth. This was a real mixed bag. The hotel is beautifully located on a beach with fine sand. It has a real summer beach resort feel to it. However the first room we were given was unacceptable, it smelled like smoke even though supposedly was non-smoking. […] The rooms are very small (two twin beds) and feel old. The walls are very thin and one can hear the conversations in the room next door. While there is new paint and flatscreen TVs at the core this feels like an old cheap motel from the 1960s. Also while there are two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) the pools are small and the outdoor jacuzzi is small and was only in intermittent operation. However, the hotel has several redeeming qualities. The lobby area and lounge are large and airy. My daughter hung out in the open areas to prepare for her school tests. The lunch restaurant (Red's) has fantastic views of the beach and the food is very yummy. The staff is very nice and while not everything was perfect on Memorial Day weekend it was still early in the season. So we will probably not come back anytime soon since there are other spots on the Cape we like more, however it is definitely a beautiful spot with its own charm. Like I said a real mixed bag. "Hospitality?"
The management of this hotel seems rather inattentive to basic services and amenities. Hospitality is not something they do. Stay here if you are looking for a (rather expensive) bed to sleep in, but do not expect the amenities or service of a good hotel or resort. It is, apparently from my experience, impossible to get two wine glasses for you room. […] I had to walk to the front desk only two be sent to the bar where i was told to ask the front desk. "Beautiful Renovation"
We have stayed at this hotel in the past and so can confidently say the renovations they have done are excellent. It is now a very fine hotel in a wonderful location right on the beach. Only had breakfast in the dining room but it was very nice. You cannot beat the view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. "dissapointed for the price that was paid"
asked if wanted the room clean. Heater was separated from the wall as it was very windy and the wind just consatantly blew in the room. No ice machine in building we were staying. "Will never book a room there again."
We wanted to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub but there was a large kids birthday party in the pool area. They were smashing pinatas and blowing loud obnoxious horns. So we decided to go to dinner and go in the pool after the party was over. However when we came back from dinner we were told the pool area closed at 7pm. The only reason we booked […] this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. I was extremely unsatisfied with the hotel and will never return there again. A complete waste of money and time. "We enjoyed the Sea Crest in Falmouth"
We were extremely pleased with the way the Sea Crest has been remodeled, renovated and upgraded. The rooms were great! The food was also extremely good. The one thing that dismayed us was that we did not have any maid/room service our first day, notr did friends staying in a different room in a different building. However, the desk staff did give us […] a complimentary breakfast for two to compensate for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. "Great Hotel Again"
All rooms in this hotel have been completely renovated and they did a excellent job. The hotel is literally on the beach and I had an oceanfront room. I will definitely stay there again.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"Hurricane Sandy"
What can I say - we were stranded (!) in the hotel during Hurricane Sandy and they were all fabulous. No effort was spared for our comfort in spite of the kitchen being closed !! Great staff. "A quiet escape..."
We had a lovely stay at the Sea Crest. As it was "off season," it was very quiet - almost like having it all to ourselves. The staff was gracious and friendly. We will try to visit again soon!Ulasan otentik tamu Expedia

"Great location,Beautiful view."
This was our second stay the same week and expected to have everything the same.The room was as expected but the service was less than expected.The first stay they couldn't do enough for you but was a little disappointed this time. the outdoor pool was closed, the chairs were put away.We used our own chairs on the beach on a beautiful sunny 70+day. […] The indoor pool was a really great pool and so clean! The restaurant was very good. Of course the beach and view is beautiful. This hotel seems to cater to conference guests. "Beautiful beach and place to stay, wonderful staff"
The Staff is more than wonderful, the Hotel is beautiful, the food was really really good, the beach is lovely and although the hotel is not in the city it is located beautifully and 10 minutes from Falmouth city center. The rooms are very nice. The only downer was the bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected here. We had a beautiful indoor […] and outdoor pool and were steps from the beach! "Nice for a short get away"
I thought the hotel would be more lavish for the rates. It was nice but our last night there we had young adults partying in the room next to us at 2 a.m. Midweek was quiet and we enjoyed the amenities.Ulasan otentik tamu Expedia
