Overall it was fine. The room smelled funny and there were stains all over the carpet. We had to open the window all day to get it to smell normal. The bed was firm and the suite was nice.

I guess I assumed there would be some freshly prepared food. Everything coming out of a box or the freezer, hmm well ewwww. Needs improvement fast!

I enjoyed our stay except for they placed the designated smoking area at the front entrance of the hotel. The entire hotel was smoke free except where you were to enter the hotel. I have a 4 month old that I had to take by that entrance and was not very happy with it all, I chose a smoke free place for a reason shouldn't have to have second hand smoke […] trying to enter the hotel to get to our room. The side door was broke so using that wasn't an option. Seriously needs to consider moving the smoking area somewhere else on premises other than the front door entrance to the lobby and elevator. We arrived much earlier than we had thought we might and way before check in, but they still got us into our room right away. Rooms were great with nice couch and coffee table area. Spending a week in a hotel it was nice to have this extra living space. and at the price it was a steal.

very nice staff. they were very kind. the beds were weird, tho. we had two queens and they both sank in the middle. that was weird. but overall, very pleasant.

Don't expect a lot -- this is a value-priced hotel and you get what you pay for. Examples: --HBO didn't work. We told the woman at the front desk and she said "Yeah, I've been getting a lot of complaints. We had a great experience. We had adjoining rooms as we have 4 kids and it was very convenient. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, spent 2 nights. Room arrangement good. Negatives: the sofa was very much in need of replacement, cushions were collapsed, very comfortable to try sit & relax on. This hotel was very pleasant to stay at. The staff seemed willing to accommodate our needs and were family friendly. One of the few hotels that has actually good pool hours so we could enjoy the hot tub after a full day. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall the hotel was great for what we needed. The staff is friendly and accomodating to our needs. The continental breakfast was pretty much good, offered a lot of different choices. Buiscuts and gravy would have been better than scrambled eggs and sausage. The pool was a little small but we didnt mind. Being able to stay an additional day due to inclimate weather was a bonus, since traveling in a blizzard was not an option we would have liked to have chosen. The hotel was convienently located close to a Albertsons so we didn't have to travel far to get additional supplies and comfort needs. Grounds around hotel are not getting picked up. Lots of trash. Several things are inop including ice machine. Some dirt and trash in lobby. Fitness room is a joke.

The staff was friendly and helpful and our stay was very comfortable. We really appreciated the queen size beds. The fitness center was under construction and there were some maintenance issues with the hot tub, but overall this was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. went shopping at the mall on 144th which I thought was close enough that we did not have to fight traffic. 120th has some nice resteraunts and shopping (Super Target, Olive Garden, Intenational Market Place etc) those are just places we went to.that were close.

not THE most convenient to downtown, but not bad either. Easy in and out, and lots of nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast bar too.

The heat didn't work in our room, we were given another room very quickly. Breakfast was good but they started to put food away before the 9:30 am time. We had two queen beds, one bed squeeked all night with every movement which kept us awake a lot. Over all we would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it had signs of being older and not refurbished in awhile. Nothing bothered me though except that being on the first floor meant that I heard maids above me cleaning while I was trying to sleep until time to check out.

I wasn't impressed. At 8 am, I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door. I removed at 8:30am before we went out. We got back at 10pm to an unserviced room, and no clean towels. Our first day had microwaved eggs, sausage, and the normal continental spread. On Saturday, our second day, there was only the continental spread and hard boiled eggs. Pastries […] were on the stale side, and the waffle I made seemed like the batter was sour. After breakfast, we went back to our room to grab our gear and checkout. All of our room key cards were deactivated, well before the checkout time. The employee on duty quickly fixed with a trip down to the lobby, but this isn't really what you expect for the amount of money you pay. I could pay half this price and get a Motel 6 with a similar experience. I'd stick with the Fairfield next door, or the Ramada across the street. Baca selengkapnya

This hotel was quite a bit different than advertised. I was so shocked, that I considered moving to a different hotel. I am a business traveler, have traveled all over the US and have never stayed in a room this bad. The room was dingy and could have been a set from a 1970s movie.
