"Great business hotel"
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I stayed one night on business and it was perfect. Other reviews have mentioned "thin" walls, and I did notice that, (heard shower running in adjacent room) but nothing that bothered me or kept me up. I was there mid-week, and I'm not sure […] if a busier time would be different. I wouldn't let that deter you from staying there. "No Sleep"
Let me preface this review by stating that I am not very picky when it comes to hotels. I have stayed in Ritz-Carltons and Super 8s, but I find that as long as a hotel meets my basic needs I will be happy with it. The most important factor (to me) in choosing a hotel is the hotel's ability to enable a person to have quality sleep. There are many factors […] that go into this (comfortability of the bed, room temperature, noise, etc.), but if any of these factors are outside of their normal ranges, a person's stay at a hotel can be affected. This hotel had a comfortable bed and good temperature control, but the noise level was absolutely ridiculous. The walls are paper thin, so I was awakened throughout each night I stayed there by doors opening and shutting, crying babies, people talking, etc. I am normally a fairly deep sleeper, but the walls of my room were so thin that the person in the room next to me woke me up with their snoring. I will NEVER stay here again. I got very little sleep, and since the reason I book a hotel is to sleep, I received little to no value for my money. I expected more from Marriott. "This Courtyard NEVER disappoints!"
We have stayed here several times and its always the same quality service. The front desk night auditor was awesome sauce! She was friendly, well spoken and courteous! Bed was comfy as usual, heating was great and comfy. My only nag is other guests slamming doors early in the morning (not the hotel's fault though). Very satisfied overall with my hotel stay. My problem isn't with the hotel but guests of the hotel. 18wheeler parked and block the parking spots close to the builing...problem is that it was raining and this jerk and his truck took up over 5 car spaces. "A Real Disappointment"
The hotel was a big disappointment. First, there was no elevator and noone to help with luggage. Then there were signs posted basically warning that the parking lot was not safe - but you had to climb several steps to get into the hotel. Then the room smelled like a smoking room. This hotel has a fantastic location right off Beltline and is within easy walking distance from some excellent restaurants. The staff are courteous and the breakfast is pretty darn good. The only downside to this place was the constant flocks of loud cheerleaders in the hallway, so do yourself a favor and splurge on some quality hearing protection. […] Nice place at a bargain price! "Nice place, but lacking a bit"
Loved the hotel and the location but I was a bit put off that breakfast wasn't included in our room and it was pretty expensive for what it was. Also there was no elevator which I found weird for a multi-level hotel. It was rough carting all our stuff (with a family of 5 we don't pack light) up and down the stairs. "pleasantly surprised"

This is apparently an older Courtyard property and is showing some age. One of the biggest drawbacks is that it is a 2-story property and there is NOT an elevator. Are you kidding me? How in the world can you have a 2-story hotel with no elevator? Major drawback if you are on the second floor and have to lug all your stuff up the stairs. Also, we arrived […] in our room to find the bed was not made. Housekeeping had already gone home, so a maintenance worker was sent up to make the bed.
