"Disappointed in"
I was very disappointed in our stay at the Sleep Inn Columbia, SC. The non- smoking room was filled with smoke scent. We requested a new room and the front desk ran up stairs to spray a awful disinfectant in the new room. The scent caused a major headache and made me nauseous. I'll never stay there again.

The overall stay was fine. There are definitely some questionable people who stay at this hotel. We had noisy neighbors who decided to have a party in the hallway at about 2:00 a.m., but other than that, it was okay. Also, if you are looking for a room with a tub/shower combo, don't stay here. We only had a shower.

The hotel was 8 miles out but that didn't take away from the cleanliness, satisgaction, and comfort of it. The room was nice. First hotel I stayed in with a bathroom like this one. Very impressed. If in the Columbia area again, I will stay here. 2 thumbs up!
Hotel was not very clean and surrounding neighborhood was mostly industrial and suspect at best. Free breakfast was not worth staying for.

We have outstanding cleaning staff and we do check all rooms for cleanness before renting it out. We have discuss cleanliness comment with our housekeeping staff. We are located next to full service hotel Double Tree By Hilton which hosts convention all the time. We do have wide range of breakfast items such as fresh waffles, Eggs, Sausage Patties, Bacon, Sausage Gravy and biscuits, three kind of juices, bagels, cinnamon twirls, pastries, three kind of breads, cold and hot cereals and fresh fruit.

Hotel was very clean, staff extremely courteous, breakfast extensive, and rooms comfortable. For the room cost, it is a great value! Furthermore, they were very accommodating to our needs!!
"Pleasant Experience"
Upon arrival the staff was very helpful. Asked about certain locations and was given directions immediately from the net. Rooms are older and show wear, but improvements seem to gradually take place over time. ie: shower faucets new, new plasma TV's... Rooms were clean. No attendant when I got there to get my keys. There was also roches in the room. On big dead one was under a chair in the room.

"Nice Staff"
That staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but everything is accessible. Should note that our room only had a stand up shower, no bathtub, which is fine for us but may be important to others. I would stay again.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and extremely accomidating, letting us check out late so that we could change clothes before our 4 hour drive. It was very nice of them to do this and they didn't have to. We appreciated it. Thank you!

We arrived and the clerk was very professional and helpful, even gave us a better room for free. Room was clean, smelled good, hot water worked great, decent internet and the breakfast was wonderful. They even have a waffle maker! I will always choose this hotel whenever I'm in the area from now on.

The hotel was located right off the interstate, and was clean and up to date. We had no problems checking in, and were very satisfied with our room. The continental breakfast was more than satisfactory. No complaints.

Quiet, decent location. The rooms were a little old but fairly clean and quiet.

I have stayed at various Sleep Inns and have not had a problem. This location looked well kept on the outside. Inside it was dated. The was a layer of dust on the furniture. We were in a non-smoking room and the hall and room reeked of smoke.
