"Nicest Express hotel yet!"
The hotel is beautiful and well furnished. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great restaurant and bar downstairs. Unlike most Holiday Inn Expresses, the breakfast was extra. Thought the guest gift giveaway for HIE members was a nice touch. The room fans and bathroom fans ran most of the night , waking me up several times. Staff very friendly and I liked the overall appearance of the hotel. Also that it was right off 295 and I could hope back on and head back to Virginia.

AC is on a timer and won't run late at night. Internet connection was terrible.
"Over run, old and not clean"
This is a bad hotel. It is not clean and rooms are out dated. I travel all the time and this ranks #1 for worst hotel in the last couple of years. This place has not had a remodel in the last 20 years.
"Will stay here again"
Room was clean, but would prefer 2 queen size beds instead of 2 full size beds, but they don't have queens as an option. It would be great if they offered a continental breakfast as well. Overall, pretty good for the price.

"Great experience"
The hotel was great, room was very comfortable, clean and much nicer that I had expected. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was great, loved the layout of rooms and the buffet lobby and lounge. Will definitely recommend and go again.
"I expected more from a Holiday Inn"
I expected it to be a hotel at the Holday Inn level, but it wasn't. We were told at check in that the room contains a microwave and is on the otherside away from the construction. However, when we got into our room, it was on the construction side without a microwave. It was a total dissapointment.

"Pleasurable Experience"
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are exceptionally clean and confortable. The breakfest buffet was outstanding. Can't beat the price.
"Too hot for comfort"
This is the second and last time I stayed in this hotel. I found a sandwich crust on the floor under the desk when I was searching for an outlet to plug in my laptop. I stayed on one of the hottest days of the summer. The AC in my room was constantly turning itself off. There was absolutely no air on in any of the wing's hallways.
