Leonardo City Tower Hotel Tel Aviv - Ramat Gan, Israel

We specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, the tobacco smell in the room was so bad and only intensified. We complained to managment yet nothing was done. Needless to say, this resulted in a sleepless night and greatly affected the comfort of our stay.

This is one of the very few hotels in Israel that reaches American standards and it is in a great location. The hotel is located right next to the sky bridge which connects to the central Tel Aviv rail, bus, shared taxi, and automated bike rental system. You take the elevator down from your room and it is a 35 minute ride to Jerusalem, a 5 minute ride […] to the Tel Aviv beaches, a 5 minute ride to the Azrelli Towers, and a 20 minute train ride to the airport. You are within a few minutes walk of the Aroma Cafe, Subway Sandwich restaurant, and many more. The hotel is located in the Ramat Gan area, near the diamond exchange. It is a very safe, business oriented area. Not much night life in the immediate vicinity, but a short ride from the Tel Aviv beaches. One train stop from the Azrelli towers, with its excellent lounge, bar, and restaurant on the 49th floor. The hotel rooms themselves are very comfortable. Large by European and Israeli standards, but more of the size you would find in New York in the US. Food at the hotel is good, but I only ate one meal there in a week because I was there so infrequently. The hotel employees were extremely helpful. One of my friends that smokes decided to stay which me last minute. I explained the situation to Israel, and an ash tray, extra towels, and an extra bathrobe were sent up instantly. Gilad was also very friendly and helpful with travel recommendations. The hotel beds were very comfortable, the satellite tv featured many English channels, and the minibar was well stocked. The view of the ocean was nice, and worth the noise from also facing the train station. I will definitively stay here again when I visit Israel. A great value for the money. Baca selengkapnya

There was a party going on in the room next door. It was extremely noisy and we couldn't get to bed until 5:00 AM. The hotel staff was unsympathetic.

If you like to sleep on two motorways, this is the hotel for you. If you like to sleep in peace and quiet, find somewhere else!

Lovely hotel, very convenient for travel from Tel Aviv without having to negotiate the nightmare traffic from the beach front resorts. Minutes from the train with good connections north and south. Lovely breakfast and rooftop pool with panoramic views. Room was good, clean and well appointed. Service was courteous, swift and helpful. Parking costs a […] bit but at least it is available on site with the possibility of multiple exit and entry in the 24 hour period. Quite a way from the beach and sea front. Baca selengkapnya

I have been to Tel Aviv many many times, and this time it was for only 2 das for a bunch of meetings so decided to stay at this hotel as the location is right by the main train station and by the freeway so you don't have to battle in and out of the busy traffic to go in and out of the beach area (where most other hotels are). I booked a club room through […] hotels.com for not much more than a regular room with extras such as breakfast and an upgraded room (if available). When I got there I got an immediate upgrade to a junior suite which surprised me. The room was fantastic and comfortable. Maybe not the most modern room in the world but fine. I can't comment on noise as I sleep with earplugs in hotels. The business lounge was unfortunately the only let down. Small, sofas which were not that comfortable, and the bits of food there during the day were unimaginative and the same daily. Also, the older lady manning the lounge was not cry friendly. Normally at business lounges in Israel there is actual hot food and not just a few tomatoes and uncooked mushrooms. However, in the evening the food got a bit better. Pool area is great though, plenty of loungers and clean warm water. Finally a funny smell of probably cheap cleaning stuff lingered in the lobby area and the elevators but didn't effect my floor at 15. All in all, I would stay there again if I was coming for a couple of days for business, but if it's your first time in Tel Aviv I suggest staying by the beach so you get the full TLV experience. Loved this place. Okay, so not in the centre of town (you're looking at a 40 NIS ride for that), but it is easy to get to from Tel Aviv Savidor station (and hence Ben Gurion airport). The hotel is furnished to a high standard and the staff are friendly.

The pool was beautiful and a great time but the hotel hallways smelled badly. Service was excellent.

Vi var heldige og fikk oppgradert til junior suite for prisen av et normalt dobbeltrom. Helt fantastisk, spesielt siden vi bodde flere dager. Billig for et ganske eksklusivt hotell. Vi hadde gledet oss til spa og jacuzzi, men det var vanskelig å finne ut hvordan bruken av denne fungerte, og etter å ha fått feil informasjon i resepsjonen ga vi det rett […] og slett opp. Hotellet tårner over Tel Aviv så vi hadde fantastisk utsikt noe vi satte veldig stor pris på, men det var litt langt fra sentrumskjernen - ligger midt i forretningsstrøket noe som kan være både bra og dårlig. Litt dårlige resturanter i området, ville spesielt styrt unna en hjørneresturant som ser veldig stilig og bra ut, men crap service, og enda dårligere mat. Fantastisk resturant på hotellet, inkludert bar. Og i resepsjonen ligger visst det som er hipster-cafeen i strøket der veldig mange fjonge mennesker vanket til enhver tid. Sengene er perfekte, aldri sovet så godt på et hotell før. Både togstasjonen og busstasjonen ligger rett ved, så hvis man vil komme seg rundt med annet enn taxi er det både lokal og langdistanse buss og tog rett rundt hjørnet. Baca selengkapnya

Wir wussten, dass das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenden Strasse liegt. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist zu klein, Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich mit viel Obst und Käse und Fisch. Zum Stadtzentrum mit Taxi 35 NIS. W-LAN Code am Empfang holen für 24 Stunden gültig. Kleine Speisen im Restaurant in der Empfangshalle. Hotel ist OK.

Wir haben noch nie von Ihnen ein Hotel besucht, dass von der Zufahrt über den Türsteher und den Hotelempfang. die Bar ( ein Drink für zwei Personen), den Zimmerservice und das Frühstück in allen Belangen unbefriedigend waren. Nach unserer Meinung fehlt diesem Haus eine persönliche Führung. Man muss dankbar sein, dass man hier wohnen darf.

T bon hotel , avec magnifique terrasse piscine et jacuzzi agrèable après une bonne journée; la piscine ferme a 22h ce qui est plutot pas mal.L hotel est quand meme un peu loin des plages (30 mn a pied, 15 mn en velo et 10 mn en taxi) mais reste quand meme facile d'accès. Le ménage est parfait et le personnel sympa dans l ensemble.Les prix restent corrects […] pour un hotel de ce standing, c'est un 4 etoiles + a mon avis comparé a beaucoup de 4 etoiles de bord de mer à Tel Aviv.
