It was close to everything, the lake around the hotel was nice with the swans and you could sit outside and enjoy the cool weather. The breakast was really nice as was the lady manning the breakfast room. It was convenient to the dunes. Just what we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, lake and watching the geese and gulls. My wife said the hotel had an odor, I didn't really notice. The rooms were large and comfortable. Very nice that the sofa converted into a bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good overall stay.
