Four Points by Sheraton Kingston - Kingston, Kanada

Excellent location for visiting downtown Kingston. Shopping and Restaurants are with in easy walking distance.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Must admit pool was smaller than impression given in the internet photos but still not bad especially for kids.

Overall the hotel is fine, and in a good location. The room was clean, and staff were friendly. I'd say the rooms could use an update. They are a bit old-feeling, not exactly modern. Lighting in the room was quite dark. My biggest disappointment was that the hotels.com website and the hotel's website claim that there is free wifi. However, they don't […] specify that there is no free wifi in the hotel rooms. The free wifi is only in the lobby. That's kind of an important detail for someone planning to do work in their room. We were in Kingston for a funeral. Staff was helpful with directions. room was lovely. Sizzle Restaurant was convenient and delicious with good service both late evening drinks and early morning breakfast.

CLEAN, Friendly, and Comfortable!

Although I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, the door-card was a problem. I was becoming extremely frustrated trying to get the card to work. Finally after several tries It worked. Fortunately it worked everytime after that. We went out that night but came back later only to find the quest across the hall from us going through what we went through earlier. […] He got so frustrated that he gave me the card to try and after several frustrating moments we got it to work. Something needs to be done to make it easier to enter your room. I would recommend this hotel because of it's great location to the downtown, but also warn people to be aware of the fact they could have trouble getting in their room. Baca selengkapnya

Clean hotel. Excellent service. We were not totally happy with first room location as it was noisy on the 9th floor, below air conditioning units on the roof. They moved us to a quieter room on the 8th floor no problem at all. Excellent location, near the waterfront, park, shops and many good restaurants. The jr suite was alot smaller then pictures would have you believe. You have to pay an additional $14 dollars for parking. Finally, I left my watch on the bathroom counter when I left and when I call housekeeping after checking out - there was no watch to be found (certainly not impressed). We especially chose this hotel because we wanted to enjoy an evening in the sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately, both were out of order. Otherwise, the lighting in the room an especially in the restaurant (for breakfast) was too dim. Also, keep in mind that self-serve parking is $15 extra. It's a nice hotel, but not worth the premium in cost.

Excelent service!!

Nice hotel. The lobby was quite small and not as elaborate as other Sheratons I've been to, but the friendly and efficient service was still present. The hotel was clean, the room up to date and comfortable and the location was very convenient. Would definately stay again.

The Four Points by Sheration in Kingston, Ontario, is located in the middle of the downtown area and is very convenient to the K-Rock Centre, where my wife and I attended an ice-skating event. Our room was comfortable and the hotel provided a microwave oven and refrigerator at our request. The refrigerator was not very clean but it worked fine. I was […] disappointed in only two matters. First, breakfast was not included with the room rate. Second: on our last night at about 10:45 p.m., the hotel's fire alarm sounded and we had to evacuate the hotel. It turned out that the alarm was triggered by the "fake fog" being used at a party on the second floor. We were outside the hotel when the fire department determined that there was no danger to guests but no hotel staff came out to inform us that we could re-enter our rooms. We love the location. The staff was very freindly and check in extremely smooth. Great room with fantastic view of the city. The pool is easily accessible and parking convenient. We have stayed in all of the down town hotels and like the Sheriton the best. We'll be back next year, MS

From start to finish my stay was perfect at this excellent hotel. Staff are friendly, parking and check in were effortless. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The location could not be better.

This is the best location of all the hotels. It's downtown and within blocks of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. It's a 5 mile drive from the mall but that was fine because we were really there for the bars and Princess street shopping. I didn't eat at "the sizzle" but the drinks were really good and at a good price. The pool and hot tub were […] clean as was the room.
