not much wrong can be said. all was fine. like any hotel in this sprawling city, cabs are always needed. however, they are cheaper than most public transportation in most cities elsewhere. if/when i'd ever return to the indonesian capital, i'd certainly stay at ciputra.

If you have to stay in Jakarta then this is a good choice. Whoever manages the staff does a great job. We could not fault any of the staff. The gym is good but not all the air conditioners were working, but that was only a small issue. Car from hotel to airport was also handy. Airports at Jakarta and Denpasar a real pain. There is a reconstruction going on at the hotel so the restaurant is closed and meals are served at the lobby bar! Hotel Ciputra feels a bit worn out and could use a make up of furniture, carpets and bathrooms including the terrible wall paintings. Helpful and friendly staff though.

Hotel is part of a mall if you want shopping or need anything. There are also eateries there if you do not want to stay in the hotel. I will use the Hotel Ciputra Jakarta whenever I return to Jakarta for business. It is a very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. The service is excellent. Unless you need to be in the downtown Jakarta area, this hotel is an great choice.

I found the hotel room to be of good condition. The hotel is near the airport and also located in a shopping mall with good variety of F&B outlets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is also reasonable.

When we arrived at midnight on Saturday the bar was already closed. All the staff could suggest was to get a taxi outside, which as we only wanted a nightcap was too much hassle. There was significant noisy renovation going on from an early hour, and one day we could not use the water in the room for several hours as it was coming out dark brown. Nobody […] seemed particularly concerned. Being connected to the shopping mall is a great benefit as you have access to reasonably priced food and drink. Otherwise everything is a taxi ride away. Gym was well equipped, but pool is just for leisure swimming. Poolside grill has great chef ( day off on Tuesday ! ) and staff there very friendly and helpful. Had the 14th floor room which was renovated 2 months ago. Very good deco, carpeting. Bed is very firm and comfortable. Good service. Very happy with the overall experience with the hotel. Renovations we read will be complete in 2011. Congratulations Ciputra! Thank you.

急きょジャカルタでの宿泊が決まり、空港にできるだけ近い所、ということで選びました。二部屋頼んだのですが、一部屋しか案内されず、もう一部屋頼んだところ、２ベッドルームタイプの部屋なら空いているという回答。同じサイズの部屋はないと言われ、やむを得ず弟と娘と私の三人で一部屋に泊まりました。弟は掛け布団を敷いて床に寝ました。せっかくインドネシアまで遊びに来てくれたのにホテルの床に寝せるのが申し訳なかったです。見た所、さほど満室のようにも見えませんでしたが・・・このホテルは利便性の面からも考えて、もう使いません。部屋の設備自体は三ツ星ホテルなら標準的かな、という感じでした。朝食の種類は洋食とインドネシアンと二種類あり、種類も豊富でした。そこは満足しています。

공항에서의 접근성이 좋은 편이다. 일반 Blue Bird 택시를 이용할 경우 톨게이트 비용 등을 다 합하여 약 10 달러 정도면 충분하다. 쇼핑몰과 호텔이 바로 연결되어 있어서 아주 편리하다. 전 객실이 금연 객실로 운영 되면 흡연을 했을 경우 약 60불 정도의 벌금을 부과한다. 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적한 호텔이다.

出張で２泊しました。ホテルのフロントスタッフをはじめ、レストランやボーイさんの対応も非常に良く、快適です。 この地区一体（？）が禁煙地区なのか、ホテル内は全室禁煙。７階のカフェに喫煙所があります。 朝食バイキングは、普通のご飯がないのと、オムレツが硬すぎ＆大きすぎなくらいで、あとは問題ありません。 ジャカルタの中心地からは少しはなれていますが、ショッピングモールに直結しており、スーパーもあるので大変便利です。モール内は日本食もあります。空港まではタクシーで３０分くらい。混んでる時は１時間くらいだそうです。 唯一残念だったのが、「蚊」。インドネシアにいた間で蚊に刺されたのは唯一このホテルのレストランだけ・・・まさかホテルで刺されるとは。 とはいえ、２日間、大満足に過ごさせていただきました。機 […] 会があればまた泊まりたいです。 Baca selengkapnya

Hotelli oli rakennettu 80-luvulla, mikä näkyi jo pienenä ulkoseinien rapautumisena --- tämä ei kuitenkaan ollut mitään verrattuna Jakartan yleiseen asumistasoon. Hotellissa oli erittäin hyvä palvelu ja sijainti oli hyvä (sunnuntaiaamun hiljaisessa liikenteessä n. 20-30 min lentokentältä). Liikenne ei kuulunut hotellin 15. kerrokseen, mikä antoi hyvät […] yöunet. Hotellin uima-allas oli suuri plussa yli 30 asteen ulkolämpötilassa. Hotellissa oli tuuletus, joka teki huoneista jäätävän kylmiä - emme siis käyttäneet sitä. Hotellin yhteydessä olevassa ostoskeskuksessa oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja, joiden yleinen siisteystaso oli hyvä (emme saaneet vatsatautia...). Hotellin ympäristössä näki jo jakartalaista arkea eli suurkaupungin tavanomaista kaaosta ja kurjuutta, mistä hotelli antoi hengähdystauon. Suosittelemme vähintään tämäntasoisen hotellin ottamista majapaikaksi Jakartan-matkalle, sillä monikaan hotelli/motelli tässä kaupungissa ei vastaa länsimaista käsitystä palvelutasosta... Asuimme DeLuxe-huoneessa, joka oli hotellin vaatimattomin ja vastasi tasoltaan suomalaisia Sokos-hotelleja --- hotellissa oli hienompiakin huoneita ja alakerrassa tehtiin (hiljaisesti) remonttia huoneiden uusimiseksi. Voimme suositella hotellia. Plussana sekin, että huonemaksu oli jo hoitunut hotel.comin kautta, joten sisään tsekattaessa otettiin luottokortilta vain deposit, joka palautettiin kortille oleskelun päätyttyä.
