very nice hotel. I check out very early in the morning at before 6am and the lady at the check out counter still on her hotel slipper!!

"No Lift"
from Parking Area to Lobby! Had to climb about 10 flights of stairs to lobby> Once there I was met by a grinning jackanapes who offered to put my bag in the lift to the room and no doubt would expect to be tipped! Scandalous extras price for Internet connection for a hotel of supposed 4 star standard. stayed in this hotel during the penang bridge marathon the hotel does not really impress u when u enter as they adopted an alfresco design in their main lobby, not like other hotels where the main lobby is air conditioned. hotel staff service is good, i checked in less than 10 mins. however upon entering my hotel room, i find it quite well furnished […] and maintained. tv channels are not exactly alot but can still be considered adequate. hotel is situated at the top of a hill, so there is nice view all round. can see the sea from my room. bed is comfy. toilet and toiletries are considered one of the best. all in all, a good experience with hotel equatorial penang. "Equatorial in Penang"
This is a decent hotel. Services are great. If you need a hotel for lay over, this hotel is fairly closed to airport. The only problem with hotel is distance to any where else in Penang. You will need taxi services to go every where on the island. It become costly after awhile.

Hotel is refurbished and nicely done. Location suited us well as we were looking for somewhere quiet and with a view. It is convenient to the airpot about 10 minutes drive. But no shopping nearby. When consider the price, it is valued.
"The Perfect Choice for a Short Visit to PISA"
I was in Penang for 2D1N to visit a show at Penang Intl Sports Arena. The hotel is so conveniently near both airport & PISA. No worries abt traffic jam and the panaromic view from the hotel, are the two points making my short stay an enjoyable one!

Cleanliness is superb.. Location is close to airport but pretty far away from everything else. Overall, my wife and me were pretty overwhelmed by the hotel facilities but the day we checked out somehow changed our perception...What happened was we were told that our room included breakfast when we checked in but that was not the case when we checked […] out in later in the morning. It was not not a huge sum of money (abt 40 SGD) but we are puzzled as to why are the staffs telling us different stories...so called reputable hotel. Beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting. I frequent Penang once a year and I hope the hotel will give discounts for visitors like my family. Right now the rates are pricey, have to think twice before booking. Internet in the rooms is charged, can only get 15 mins free internet at the business centre. "Nice hotel but a bit out of the way"
This hotel is very nice and comfortable. It has all the amenities you would want including several on-site restaurants. Rooms are very large and mine even had a balcony. "のんびりしたい人に…"
仕事の移動、初日＆最終日に宿泊しました。 選択理由は、比較的ピナン空港に近いから。 設備は少し年期が入っていますが、手入れが良く、上質な感じがしました。 周辺にはゴルフ場くらいしか無く、静かな環境で、滞在時間が短い割には、落ち着いてゆっくり過ごせました。 ここからレンタカーやタクシーで移動しながらピナンを楽しむのもいいなぁって感じ。 食事場所の選択肢はあまりありませんが、土地の食材や郷土料理のようなものも多くあり、数日の滞在なら飽きる事はないでしょう。 次は、仕事じゃなくのんびり行きたいと思います。

清潔でリゾートホテルとリラックス出来るホテルでした。 残念ながらレストランの食事はイマイチ。 ビジネス向けでは無いですが、プライベートでの滞在では価格も抑えて気味でお勧め。
