"whirlpool problems didnt get much use of it."
it was good but our whirlpool only worked for 10 minutes and had to wait till the next shift got there at 9 pm we were put in another room so we didn't have the use of the whirlpool for 4 hrs and wasn't offered any type of compensation not too happy about that!Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay while you're on the road. It includes amenities -- indoor pool, exercise room, excellent hot breakfast -- that are very nice. But the facility clearly needs to be renovated -- carpets, paint, upholstery are dingy and aging -- and the front desk is very understaffed. The front desk staff makes it clear it's a […] problem by complaining about it and letting you know that any request may take a while because there is no one available to help. However, of the choices in the area, this may be one of the better options. Do not eat at Denny's next door. Food made both of us feel ill, and we ate completely different dishes. Personnel was warmly welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with extra amenities (ie.coffee pot,microwave, refrigerator). We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to have breakfast at the facility & there was a wide variety of foods available in a pleasant setting. everything was fine except for the housekeeping in both our room and that of our friends. No kleenex in the container, and both tubs looked dirty with hair in them The breakfast served was quite nice with plenty of variety. The chlorine from the swimming pool was strong and overwhelmed us while in the lobby for check in / out. We also needed a handicapped […] room but they had us assigned to the second floor, however the desk clerk did a quick fix for us and it was greatly appreciated.
