We stayed at four Super 8 motels over a long weekend and this motel out of the four was the best.

This hotel is very low-budget. It was fairly clean and the staff were attentive, but the beds were not comfortable. We had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work, and we were awakened at 2 am by an evacuation for a gas leak. The fire station was called in and cleared it for reoccupancy, but nothing was explained by the hotel staff. As far as budget […] hotels go this is ok, but likely will not stay again. When I checked in they gave my room to someone else. I asked for non smoking, but they gave me smoking instead and told me they would switch me rooms the next morning. I told the desk clerk, that would be nice, but the damage will already be done! She didn't really seem to care.

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it was clean, I felt safe and the front desk clerk was very nice. They also offer a continental breakfast in the morning, which was a nice surprise - not much, but a nice quick way to get some coffee and cereal before you head out.

The ample sized rooms are outfitted with new tables, beds, refrig, blow dryer and microwave. the front desk is very nice and helpful. Good lighting inside and out for safety. Main nuisance for us was thin ceilings woke us up whenever the upstairs stirred from their beds. Not noisy gueses but just their footfalls on the floor was loud and clear. Chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly. Night desk guy was very friendly and helpful with checkin. Room was large, but the bathroom was TINY -- odd combination. The walls in the hotel are kind of thin -- was very easy to hear people walking around upstairs, flushing toilets, closing doors etc. Continental breakfast was simple but tasty -- cereal, […] fruit, bagels, coffee, juice, etc. Overall, though, it was a decent place to stay for a really good price. I wasn't expecting much, considering it was the cheapest hotel I could find. The place was clean, the staff actually did their jobs, the room came with a few things like fridge/coffeepot/microwave without having to ask for them. All in all it was worth the money. If I go out to this area again I'll stay here.

the motel was a litted hard to find as it is not on the main street. Rooms were clean, nice large queen size bed. The room was big and confortable

better than i expected. big room and clean. shopping centers all around the stayed.

We liked the hotel because it was pet friendly. Although we had reserved a non-smoking room, we were assigned a smoking room which was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is located off the main hwy in rio rancho so if that's what you need it is a good choice. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you could sleep with the window open. I would have prefferred a screen in the window though. I did not care to see the hotel staff who were courteouse on checking in, placing the breakfast items out by hand without […] tongs. This was the closest unit to he meeting and very clean and confortable. Will stay again when in that area.

Well located near fast food and restaurants, safe area, easy access, rooms were clean, well supplied, good place to stay.

I requested 2 king non-smoking rooms, and was given 2 queen smoking rooms, was told nothing else was available. The whole facility smelled bad. There was no elevator to the second floor. When I went to the room it had not been cleaned (this was 1 am). Both rooms reaked of cigarette smoke.

At check-in we noticed that the room was not restocked with towels or even kleenex but was still "ready" for guests. We notified the clerk and left for the day. When we returned we still had no towels and was told they had a towel shortage. We went to the local k-mart and purchased a towel to use. When we opened the night stand for the phonebook, it […] was full of tobacco (I have a picture). It was booked as a non-smoking room. Every day our key would not work and we would have to go back to the desk and ask them to fix it. The room was dirty. One day they didn't even clean the room. We will not stay again.

This room was a good value, conveniently located to my daughter and family and it was really good to land in a comfortable spot after several days of camping. That said the room had an odd smell when I checked in. However, I would probably stay there again.

First of all, ice machine was broke and they wouldn't even bring in a bag from a store. Fresh blood on the bedspread...unacceptable. Hair dryer was broke. Old food left in fridge. One key didn't work. Over all we cannot recommend this hotel.

OVERALL THE HOTEL AND STAFF WAS GOOD FOR THE PRICE.BATHROOM NEEDED UPGRADING AND SOME ATTENTION ON WALL MOLDINGS.

I was really suprised at the size of the room: quite large, with a king-sized bed, table & 2 chairs, desk & chair, a long dresser and a refrigerator & microwave. It was a great place to stay. The cats did okay, too, though two of them found their way behind the dresser. They couldn't get under the bed, though, which was a relief.
