"Closet to where we had to go."

I decided to give it a try & I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was clean, odor free, quite, check in person "Mary" was kind, helpful, nice & very friendly. "On Lankford Highway"
The hotel is very run down, smells. My family which took 3 rooms received obsene phone calls through the night and kept us up.Lots of noise in room above us, sounded like they were bowling. We had to report this to manager. TV did not work, had to get fixed. Refrigerator had wire to plub in running behind bathroom sink faucet which I think was an electrical […] hazard. Advertised there was a pool, there was none. Very shady characters hanging around, looked like a welfare hotel. Never again will we stay at an Americas Best Value Inn anywhere.
