We enjoyed staying at the hotel just had 2 things that happened. Window not fitted correctly so lots of air was blowing through the hinges that left the room very cold but we managed! The booklet doesn't tell you that the bar area stops serving food at 9pm rest was all good but would be nice to have more that 4 wine options that's served by the glass! […] Especially for being a 4 star hotel . The family room we got was a joke. The kids got foldout beds that looked like we were in some kind of army barracks and the room seemed to be a business-like room organised into a family room. Kids had a huge desk in their sleeping area making it impossible to move around their 'beds' and we had a huge sofa beside our bed that was completely out of […] place as well. Peeling wallpaper, run-down furniture and dirty looking carpet... After complaining we got two double- rooms, but I had to argue my points quite agressively before we were shown a different room. Hotel was easily found and in a very convenient location, the main street was less than 5 mins walk. On arrival we were upgraded to a 'Business Class' room. All the staff were more than helpful.

fast efficient check in by LIAM, very chatty and made us feel very welcome. Room was clean only gripe was soft cushions that were on beds , the covers were filthy, did report it to reception next morning and new covers were replaced while we were at breakfast. breakfast was excellent ,plenty to choose from, we did eat in the bar both nights and food […] again was excellent. Hotel was very good near all the shops and pubs. The bed was very comfortable, the only problem was the heat!!! couldnt find out where it was coming from as the radiator was off! this made the room uncomfortable at night as not much air got in through the window. hotel is clean and well equipped, with bar, restaurant, pool, sauna & gym. Rooms even come with ice bucket & wine glasses! Complimentary toiletries smell lovely. Staff were very friendly, and nice atmosphere in hotel bar in evening. Good location, 10 min walk to town centre, and just across road from retail park.

we stayed for a 2 night break. from the moment we entered the hotel, we were made to feel special. the staff throughout the hotel were very attentive and helpful. our room was very clean and spacious. the food in the restaurants is of a very high standard, delicious. room service is very prompt, . the breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a very wide […] variety of choice for every palet and dietry need. the radisson is a 4 star, but their breakfast would be the envy of any 5 star. we have stayed in lots of hotels, but if i had to recommend 1 it would be the radisson. we had no complaints about this hotel at all, just plenty of compliments. wonderful hotel and staff. Stayed for 5 days in Sept. Nice hotel - Great breakfast with a very good selection. Food in the bar just about okay. Friendly service at reception. Although quite warm weather beds had heavy winter duvets. Room maid very kindly found a couple of oversized blankets for us which were much better. Just returned from our weekend at the raddison, they upgraded us to business class as it was our anniversary, the staff were always pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts were fantastic on both mornings. Leisure facilities immaculate and modern. Would definatley go back

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem I encountered was that I could never get a newspaper to read during breakfast and there were no nearby shops to obtain one.

We arrived at the hotel at approx 1:30 and were told our rooms weren't ready but to come back at 2:30 and they would let us check in then, we were meeting others at 3 so this suited ok however when we came back the rooms still weren't ready and we didn't get checked in. When I got to my room I was going to make a cup of tea only the cup,saucer and spoon […] provided can only be described as disgusting, there was actually mould growing on the saucer and spoon. The overall look of the room was nice but the temp was like an oven, I woke up an 4am as I was so warm, but the air con wouldn't work so I just had to put up with it. I had also pre paid my room through expedia but the hotel tried to charge me again and even though I explain to the lady at reception and she seemed to understand she still tried to put through the full amount on my credit card when she was taking the security deposit and she said I hadn't paid for breakfast. After 20 long mins she eventually got her colleague who seem to be able to see quite easily that I had already paid and had breakfast included. I wouldn't rush back here. Baca selengkapnya

Hotel was fine, clean, food good and reasonably priced but I was disappointed with the lack of manners by the reception staff. Our bedroom keys did not work on return to the hotel on day 2 and after queuing for a considerable time to get this fixed, we were offered no explanation or apology When my wife mentioned this we were told it was a " system […] fault" to which my wife replied "and no apology?" to get a smirk and "sorry for the system fault"from the receptionist who did not even look at her - not good public relations. Could not get a meal in the dining room on Thursday evening until 8.30 as the dining room was over booked. Would have been better to let guests know in the morning and they could have booked an early time. Advance notice was given for the Friday morning breakfast and there was no problem . Letterkenny is not over busy !

We booked this hotel for a family vacation in Donegal and enjoyed our stay to very a high extent. Radisson provided us with a very well equipped room, that even had a Nespresso machine with unlimited capsules. The quality of the room was superb and the possibility to use the pool was an additional point that made our stay very enjoyable. In fact, after […] having spent one night at An Chuirt (another 4 star hotel in Donegal), we were upset about the fact that we have spent 50 EUR more for considerably a less comfortable room. Moreover, the breakfast is something I have not seen at any hotel before. You get salmon, fresh muffins, full irish as well as continental breakfast, fresh grounded coffee, and much more. Besides that Letterkenny is a perfect location for vacation that offers a large number of restaurants and shopping possibilities. Next time it will be Radisson again. Very commendable.
