"Nice hotel"
We were pleased with our recent stay at the Courtyard. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was courteous. Had to ask for additional towels but they were promptly provided. The only thing missing is a complimentary breakfast.

The rooms were clean and the people were very nice. They had a nice breakfast buffet that seemed a little pricey. A free continental breakfast would have been nicer.

My only problem was stupidity--(Mine) I left the Do Not Disturb sign out when I left for the day so they didn't clean the room, but still they left towels and shampoo on the door knob in a bag which I thought was great. It was a great hotel. If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be to hang an additional mirror in the room part. so that a […] person can put on their make-up while some one is in the bathroom. "Great Quiet Well Run Hotel Near KC"
A very clean and quiet well run hotel. No problems at all. Exceeded expectations. Nice area just off Rt I 435 but very quiet. Plenty of shopping a short drive away. Easy 20 minutes drive to downtown KC. Right next to Hereford Steakhouse. Very attentive English speaking staff.

We stayed at this particular hotel because it was very conveniently located to our son's apartment whom we were visiting. We were very impressed by the service at the front desk, the cleanliness of the room, and the newness of the entire facility. My husband especially enjoyed the reasonably priced delicious breakfasts. I particularly enjoyed the pool […] and hot tub. The only complaint we had was that it was hard to control the temperature of the room. "Great Stay"
I was pleasantly surprised with this Courtyard and how new and updated it was. Very comfortable rooms, bed and bath. Breakfast was great and would certainly recommend and stay again.

"Very nice!"
The room was fantastic. The location was good for us. We were within 10 miles of the Legends Mall/Raceway. I believe that Hotels.com had it around 5 miles and it is not that close. But as long as you have a car, it is good. The room was really nice. The hotel was clean. The staff courteous. The pool was open until 11:00 so that was great for our kids. […] The breakfast is NOT complementary. But you do have more options than most continental breakfasts. I do not think it is worth the money, though. "I liked it."
It was a very nice hotel but kind of stingy they have no pop machines and want 2 bucks for a regular pop. And of course I forgot my toothbrush and they charged me 75 cents for a toothbrush where other hotels just have them for free.
