First, the location makes it a great place to stay. It is right downtown within easy walking access to restaurants and shops. If you are going to the park it is just down the street. The hotel is adequate but not outstanding. It is older but has been maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge made a TERRIBLE humming sound, I had to unplug it to go to sleep, but we had a cooler so that was not a huge deal. I booked four rooms, they put us in the very back and our view was terrible, we were looking at the back of some run down ,falling down trailers and building right off our balconies. Then our rooms were dirty with lots of hair, and if that was'nt enough, our neighbors had a brown Dotson (wiener dog) and it barked all night and the male owner kept screaming […] at it to shut up. "Well worth the price"
Very nice staff. My son and I were just looking for a place to put our heads for the night while we enjoyed Gatlinburg. More than what we expected. If you're not looking for fancy Gatlinburg lodging, this is the place. Centrally located. "Great location, thin walls."
Walls were thin so neighbor's TV was audible quite late. Location was excellent. Motel would benefit from refurbishment. Breakfast was disappointing.Ulasan otentik tamu Expedia

We only stayed one night, but liked it very much. It was very convenient to all the shops. It is an older place just like most hotels in Gatlinburg, but it was clean and we also had a nice view. The hairdryer didn't work but upon calling the front desk, a new one was brought up to the room immediately.
