This hotel was rated a 3.8 and wasnt at all. Rusted elevator doors. Dirty stained lobby chairs. Viynl floor peeling up. Half rotting pool roof area. Very little staff. The rooms were pretty nice but the glass sliding door wasnt installed right and was half broke. Needs fast improvments. I was very disapointed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. On the first night though we had just come straight from home right after my husbands dialysis treatment and his access on his arm did bleed a little onto the sheet during the night. The next night when I pulled back the sheets I saw they didn't bother to change them after seeing that it was impossible to miss. Hotel and rooms in it are clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My only gripe is that the elevator to the pool lets you out in the parking garage and you then have to walk through the parking garage and go through an unsecured door to get to the pool area. The photos for this hotel were very misleading. Parking was the major issue for us. There were eight parking spaces under the hotel in their garage. If you were not one of the lucky few to snag one of those, you had to park in a lot on another street. There was a restaurant/bar in the lobby that was nicely furnished, but I found the service to be lousy. […] The elevators were poorly upkept, and we found ourselves using the stairs to reach our third floor room. The room itself was nice. Very small, but decorated nicely and clean. The pools.....the small lazy river was very very dirty and so was the spa. The wooden stairs leading to the beach were poorly upkept and in my mind a safety risk. This hotel is wedged between two other hotels. The hotel to the left is a construction area. The hotel to the right is where we should have stayed....The blue something. The "blue something" had a DJ by the pool in the afternoons and other kinds of activities for their guests. Had to wait to check-in after traveling, 4pm was a bit much. Loved the customer service, all to find out that I had reserved a large closet. Wish we would of had more room the pictures online were a little misleading. Our king-size room was taken up by the bed. Loved the decor, just wish we has more space. 1st night-my daughter stepped on a piece of glass on floor. Front desk gave band aid, Maintenance didn't come until next morning to "sweep" floor. Mgt. Never responded. Getting towels/washcloths was an issue everyday. The rooms are NY small. "Sideview" room guarantees a view of abandoned building or car garage. Parking area onsite is very small and […] only a few spots. Pool was dirty and located outside after walking thru garage. Bright spot was hotel nonsmoking and some individual decided to smoke. Hotel tired but clean. Linens all thin.Check in impersonal, no offers of info on hotel amenities, surrounding area, eateries. Good location, nice beach, pool area could use sprucing up. Did not like that parking is a block away, although nothing happened to car packed full.

parking is across the street in 4 little open lots. Make sure you have you license plate number when you go to check in will not give you pass or tell you were parking is without it. also there is only 4 little spots to park to check in so people parked behind you and you have to wait to get out. Room had an odd smell and ours was facing a parking garage […] so the door had to stay shut. The room was great expect for a few blemishes in the bathroom....chipped paint, a few permanent stains n the tub and the shower head wasn't tighten enough an squirted water from the side. I dnt like room service to clean my room when I'm on vacation bcuz i dnt trust them n general so I put the do not disturb sign the whole time an they did it anyway. […] I call front desk an they insisted that it wasn't. Overall our stay was very good. We went in the off-season and loved our time! Unfortunately, a cold rainy front hit that weekend but that certainly isn't the hotel's fault. We had a room closest to the elevator but still didn't hear much of anything outside the walls. As long as the blinds were closed we could sleep until 10 if we didn't set our alarm! […] The beach access is just as simple as walking out the back door and down to the water. They have a lazy river, cold pool, heated pool, and hot tub. They also have a bar and food stop for those who can't wait to try the many restaurants nearby. Overall, a very good stay. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was luxury to the max. The only thing is on the website it said there is a indoor pool and spa. It was not indoors it is under like a carport, two sides closed, two sides open to the elements, and it was very cold. That is why I choose the hotel so we could swim and soak in the spa. great place to stay if your in town for awhile. friendly staff and free parking were a plus for me. close to all the local attractions, most within walking distance. will most likely stay here again next year.

Service was blunt, not rude but far from friendly & welcoming. Room was tiny and balcony faces a parking deck making it noisy at times. Other guest were smoking weed so hallway reeked. Decor is nice and access to beach, restaurants, etc is easy. Comfy bed. No daily linen replacement. Parking is a bit hectic late at night though.

We had to switch room right away because someone had cooked feet mixed with saurkraut in the room before us. Then we were moved between two couples which I found odd seeing as how there were only 15 guests in the entire hotel. So it got a bit "noisy." The room was gross. It looked like someone beat the heck out of the lamp shades, the carpet was so […] bad, we never went barefoot. I was only there for one night pleasure getaway... The hotel was very comfortable, and the King Bed was fluffy and firm, great sleep. Half of the amenities i did not use but i will return in the sprint/summer... One problem though was that the sliding door facing beach did not lock correctly. I was a bit uneasy with that.. Great room atmosphere...

Hotel has been renovated since the pictures that appear on Expedia. Beds are triple sheeted in white linens and bathroom fixtures have been updated. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

EVERYTHING AWESOME. Even though my motorcycle got knocked over and the parking is limited underground. More parking is across the street. I still had a ball. THIS PLACE IS WORTH IT...!!!! OH YEAH....make sure your room is OCEAN FRONT not VIEW. THATS the only way I would stay here. Otherwise AWESOME PLACE...!!!

This hotel was a nice & comfortable stay. For the rate I was very satisfied with the room. However, your view is very limited. To the left and the right of the hotel are views of the other hotels beside it; one is under construction not to mention they are very close up on your balcony (no privacy).
