Having seen the pictures of the hotel online we knew we were going to be staying at a well kept hotel, but the location was such a pleasant surprise. We initially stayed at this hotel because it was close to the ski hill but it was super close to outlet stores and multiple restaurants as well, most even walking distance! Really, no complaints. Clean room, friendly stuff, great breakfast. 3 minute drive from the Bromont ski resort and considerably cheaper than their ski-in/ski-out suites. The water in the jacuzzi could've been warmer though :)

great hotel! The staff were very professional but friendly. We were pleased that everyone we had contact with spoke English since our French was a bit rusty. The breakfast was very good. Nice quiet rooms and very centrally located for visiting with our family

I stayed in room 203. My room the previous week was 221, which I thought was a bit nicer (bathroom was brighter, had more towel racks, little things like that). The tv remote may have been low on batteries, and had to change channels manually. The tv was in an armoir, so you couldn't sit at the desk and watch tv. You had to be in the bed. Room 203 was […] just as comfortable, but it is near the end of the hall/building not a bad thing, but there was an outside light by the window, and lots of light poluttion from this source.... all night long. My stay was overall nice, people very friendly, the room comfortable but being in the 2nd floor the flood lights outside illuminating the building made it impossible to get darkness in the room ( room 209 and 214 for example).The bathroom lighting is insufficient over the sink and in the shower with the curtains closed I stood in the dark. Breakfast is included but is too basic compared to other hotels. Not enough products such as scrambled eggs & sausages for example. Everything else was top notch!

At the Expedia room rate the hotel was good value. The building is clean and well maintained, and although close to the highway the room was very quiet. large rm with two queen beds, very well decorated, quiet, and a very nice continental breakfast in the morning; would rate this as a 4*+. Very centrally located to area ski hills with Bromont 4 minutes away. Shopping & restaurants across the street.

Very nice rooms from afar, however a closer look shows melamine counters and low thread count sheets along with cheap Ikea Wall Hangings, but overall a good bet in the area.

Très mauvaises. Au départ mes clefs ne fonctionnaient pas, j'ai du redescendre 2 fois pour avoir du service. Il n'y a ni repas du midi ni du soir, la machine distributrice m'a donné le mauvais item, J'ai du avoir recours à 2 reprises au service pour avoir de l'aide car le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas tel qu'indiqué dans le livre des services. Les rideaux […] de la chambre ne ferment pas alors que l'extérieur est très éclairé. Un bruit incessant de machine gronde dans la chambre toute la nuit, le lit, king, trop grand pour la chambre, est aussi dur qu'une pierre plate. La télé, elle est trop petite pour ce type de chambre et le fauteuil mal placé pour la regardé. Je devais y passé 3 jours et 4 nuits. Je suis arrivée en milieu pm et ai quitté le lendemain à 8:30h. sans prendre le temps de profiter du déjeuner continental gratuit. p.s. la salle d'exercice ne contient en fait qu'un elliptique et une bicyclette stationnaire. et le jacousi donne sur le lobby. Tous ceux et celles qui rentrent vous voie relaxer. Plutôt gênant quand on aie seul dans l'eau. Baca selengkapnya
