Stayed at Ramada Plaza for 3 nights Jan 25-28 2012 Combined both business trip and anniversary. Upon hearing of our anniversary hotel upgraded us to a luxury room, sent us chocolates, fruit and a special anniversary cheesecake to our room! The staff were wonderful, couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in the newer East Wing, the original West Wing was […] a bit tired looking. We ate at the pool bar twice, very nice food, ate at the Italian Job Restaurant, food and service was fantastic, highly recommend the Chicken and Mushroom Fusilli, it was to die for! The staff and chefs were fantastic and one of them even started singing and entertaining the customers. We also visited the 'pub' in the West Wing, it was ok, nothing special, the open kitchen made it smell quite strongly of cooking oil, so we left after their delicious cottage pie then we went back to the East Wing and up into Orion Bar, had a lovely evening in there, the singers and pianist were superb! There are numerous bars, a nightclub and restaurants all under one roof, no need to go anywhere else. Pool was large with a pool bar, with a separate pool for children with slides and it also housed 2 gyms. All in all my wife and I had a lovely stay and would definitely return. "Fantastic service .. would very happily recommend"
Our stay at Ramada could not have gone smoother and all the credit to the staff and management of the Ramada hotel. The hotel service was particularly of a very high standard and on these basis I would have no hesitation in recommending the Ramada plaza to anyone planning to visit Doha.

"Friendly and efficient"
Although my stay was for one night only, I was impressed with the friendly and efficient staff and in particular those in the dining room.
"Ramada Plaza hotel"
My overall experience with the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are 19 restaurants in the hotel so you don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy an excellent meal. I only stayed one night, but was very pleased. In the morning the hotel gave me a free shuttle ride to the airport.

"Cheapest hotel in Doha area with above average amenities"
I've stayed here about 15 times since 2007. It's close to the airport and they have a swim up bar at the pool...what more could you want. The food is great but pricey...like everything else. Just remember; Ramadan is in September so this place is completely dry.

"buon albergo, camere un po antiquate"
Personale gentile, da diverse nazionalità. Bellissima piscina con un bar che serve anche ottimi piatti a mezzogiorno. Tanti ristoranti e palestra con sauna etc. Unica lamentela: il tapetto nei corridoi e nelle camere ha bisogna di una pulizia profonda, o meglio, dovrebbe essere cambiato.

Hotellet ligger väl nära flygfältet. Personalen är vänlig och tillmötesgående. Många restauranger och trevliga barer med levande musik. God mat och många alternativ. Vill gärna rekommendera detta hotell till affärsresande kolleger.
