Narita Port Hotel - Narita, Jepang

The hotel had a great shuttle bus service to and from Narita Airport and Narita Railway station which operated frequently. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was great value. All the hotels in Japan had hard beds - that was the only problem we found anywhere.

What a gem! The rooms are clean and pretty big for Japanese standards... enough room to actually turn around! The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Japanese beds are a bit smaller than American sizes, too, but you will find this the norm for Japanese hotels. Part of the experience! The people who work there are so very nice and helpful. They understand […] and speak English very well. The shuttle runs on time and when there were too many folks for the shuttle on my last visit, they called taxis. I was so impressed. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful Japanese breakfast. (Don't expect much American food if that is what you must have.) The Hotel condition was old .No free wifi in the hotel.No restaurant in the hotel.Although they offer buffet in the morning.We had to take a shuttle bus to eat in a different hotel.Hotel advertise free wifi in the hotel.There was none.You could use there computer downstairs for 100 yen for 10minutes.

This is an excellent place to stay in Narita- particularly good value for the price I got. The rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet is also excellent. The only minor drawback of the hotel is connectivity. Though there is a shuttle to Narita airport and to Narita station, it takes some time. The shuttle takes a bit of time getting from the airport […] to the hotel whereas the other direction is a lot quicker (because of the circuit that the shuttle bus takes). I think the hotel brought an acceptable and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the calm, quiet, peaceful location. There doesn't seem to be much going on in Narita; but I wanted to stay close to the airport (rather than stay in Tokyo). I appreciated the free hotel shuttle to/from the airport. I traveled to Tokyo very […] conveniently (1.5 hour train ride) via the Narita Express. The guys working at the reception desk are very attentive and helpful (and spoke English). I wish there would have been an on-site restaurant for dinner (or at least one which was closeby). Apparently, the restaurant only serves breakfast (and there was no place close that I could see to eat dinner). I paid for internet, but it was at a reasonable rate, about a thousand yen (about 12 USD) per 24-hour period. Additionally, while the room size was fine, the bathroom was extremely small. Also, the showerhead (no matter which pay I would point it) caused water to splash onto the side of the tub and inevitably dribble onto the floor. Overall, the hotel was good. I have no major complaints. If I were to visit Narita again, I would try out another nearby hotel for variety and comparison, and if there were no other choices, this hotel would be acceptable to me again. Baca selengkapnya

Stayed there overnight with wife and 2 young kids. Wanted to be fresh for flight back to Canada after long stay in Japan. Hotel itself is great. Room was spacious, firm bed, clean, quiet. Staff very nice, brought in teddy bear and some other things for kids. Had crib already set up and waiting. Overall, give it a big thumbs up. Price was good. I recently travelled to Japan and landed in the evening. From the terminal building there was a free bus to the hotel, so it was very easy to get there after a long flight. The room was simple but had all the necessary items to make the visit comfortable. I was only there for one night, but there was a free bus that also goes back and forth to the local […] station (where you can get to downtown Tokyo). I would happily recommend and stay here again. We found this hotel to be very suited to our needs as we had people staying in the Hilton a 10 minute walk away so we were able to meet up very easily. The hotel shuttle bus takes you to either Narita town or the Airport, which both have excellent train stations. There is a driving range next door. The hotel itself is clean and has a lovely little Japanese […] garden. We had the buffet dinner on our first night which we thought was overpriced against English prices but not Japanese prices. It is a clean hotel with the basic necessity in the room. However, front desk staff are not very helpful and they do not have any tour info nor maps available. Good value though as it is relatively cheap.

Nice value for money in Japan, comfortable room, free shuttle bus to the airport (remember to reserve a seat, small bus!). It is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, it takes some time to get to the hotel (at least from Narita Station), although there is also free shuttle bus.

A comfortable, spotless hotel with friendly staff was all I needed for an over-night stop over in Narita. The restaurant had a variety of foods to satisfy everyone. It overlooked a small garden and had a peaceful atmosphere. The free shuttle bus to the airport took about 10 minutes. I would definately stay there again.

The hotel was VERY close to the airport and had a free shuttle that started running at 6:30am. I think that the shuttle runs every half hour. Check in was a breeze. The room was decent sized for a hotel room in Japan. You have to put your room key in to get the power to work. Even cranked all the way down, the AC did not cool the room very much. They […] did provide shampoo, razors, toothbrushes, sponges, combs, brushes, etc. So that was nice. There was one English channel, BBC news. You can pay 1000 yen to get 3 more channels. One is a movie channel in English with Japanese subtitles. The other two are adult channels (censored of course). There was a vending machine with beer and a couple of other alcoholic drinks on our floor (8th), I'm not sure if they have them on every floor. We had dinner at the restaurant out of convenience. It was WAY overpriced. We ordered from the menu and did not get the buffet. I had a club sandwich (on cheap square white bread) with 9 small potato wedges. It was one of the cheapest things on the menu and still overpriced. Not good value at all. My boyfriend had the seafood pasta for the same price, which had mussels, clams, and a small octopus (I think), etc. The quantity was a little better for the price. The buffet had a make your own sushi section and more seafood. Not worth the insane price in my opinion. You would probably be better off getting some food from the gift shop in the lobby. Just ok. Pretty run down. Restaurant not very good. If you get it cheap its an ok place for one night between flights.

Narito Port is a great hotel and not to mention the serene surroundings. It is close to Narita city where you can chill. The rooms are clean and worth every single cent paid. The staffs were friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay there and the 24-hour fitness centre was filled with sufficient equipment. I particularly remember, Mr Suzuki from the reception […] who was very helpful in assisting me to get my room door opened as my friend was asleep. Keep up the good effort, Narita Port Hotel! I needed a place for staying overnight while in transit to Vietnam. It was a reasonable price (given the high prices in Japan) and was as good as the Holiday Inn at about half the price.

일단 호텔과 공항사이 무료 셔틀이있고 가깝구요 나리타를 경유해서 뉴욕에간건데 갈때 공항헬프데스크에서 소개해준 호텔입니다. 공항에서 바로 예약해서가면 로비에서 바로 지불했는데요 여기서 예약해가면 어느정도 싸게 묵을수있습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 좋아요 로비에 편의점도있구요 대신 공항에서 예약하면 조식포함이긴한데 인터넷예약으로 싸게예약한갚만큼 돈 내고 먹을 조식은 아닌것같아요 호텔에서 나리타역이나 근처에 있는 쇼핑몰로 가는 셔틀도있구요 근데 호텔근처엔 아무것도없습니다. 나가서 산책하기도 뭐한... 객실은 깨끗하구요 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 하루정도 있을호텔로는 좋네요~ 다른 호텔예약홈페이지도 찾아봤는데 여기밖에 없네요 대기시간이 16시간이었는데 […] 공항에서 지낼수있을까했는데 아니더라구요 예약해가면 편하고 더 가격도 저렴하니까 예약해가세요 Baca selengkapnya

호텔도 깔끔하고 저렴한 가격으로 만족할만 합니다. 그런데 여행지역을 도쿄쪽으로 생각하신다면 절대 비추입니다. 워낙 멀다보니 시간적으로나 교통비로 인한 금전적 손실이 큽니다. 그리고 일본 여행 계획하신다면 하네다 공항으로 가시고 도쿄 근처에 숙소 잡으시는 걸 추천드립니다.

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel pr les pers allant à l'aéroport Narita le matin, le service shuttle bus est très pratique hôtel=> aéroport. Néanmoins il est assez éloigné de la ville de Narita ( ligne JR) le shuttle bus met 35mn alors que sur le site de l'hôtel ont dit 20mn... Si vous avez un vol l'après-midi restez plutôt sur Tokyo car à côté de l'hôtel […] il n'ya rien à voir . Aunque el precio era más que aceptable, no nos esperabamos tener "concierto nocturno" de ruidos de muebles y golpes secos, y gritos simulando orgamos. Luego por la mañana, vimos a dos chicas vestidas con kimono y muy pintatdas salir del hotel, y por su actitud y la situación en sí, deducimos que algunos clientes del hotel habían requeridos sus servicios. […] Cada cual puede hacer lo que quiera en su habitación, pero sin molestar a los demás. Nosotros pagamos un hotel para DORMIR, no para aguantar espectáculos que nos despierten a media noche. Aparte de ello, habíamos pedido habitación de NO fumadores (lo especificamos al hacer la reserva), y nos pusieron en una de fumadores. Luego rectificaron, pero con mala cara. Appena arrivati in questo hotel, la prima impressione, almeno dalla hall, è stato buona, ma salendo in camera ci siamo dovuti ricredere: camera piuttosto sporca (pelo e polvere ovunque), arredo piuttosto vecchio e fatiscente con rotture anche notevoli, mura crepate e non verniciate da tempo, condizionatore vecchio, mancanza di prese elettriche vicino […] al letto, moquette fastidiosamente vecchia con senso di sporco. E pensare che ci hanno fatto accomodare in una camera di qualità superiore (chiamala superiore...) e dimensioni maggiori poichè avevano sbagliato la prenotazione e non avevano più camere economy per non fumatori. In 15 giorni in Giappone non ho mai avuto problemi con gli hotel, sempre ottimi e pulitissimi, questo proprio non corrisponde allo standard giapponese. Baca selengkapnya

清潔感がなく、部屋のベットは低品質。この時代にインターネットには料金がかかる。朝食もいいとは言えない。従業員は親切だが、もう利用しようとは思わない。

Bon hôtel pour passer une nuit ou deux avant votre vol (très proche de l'aéroport : il y a une navette gratuite). Internet est payant. Il n'y a rien autour de l'hôtel, donc pour les repas c'est soit le restaurant de l'hôtel que je trouve un peu cher, soit rien (ou à la limite un choix très limité de plat du distributeur automatique). A priori, la navette […] gratuite dessert également le centre ville de Narita, mais je n'ai pas essayé. Concernant l'état de l'hotel, rien à dire: un hôtel assez moderne style européen. Si vous souhaitez passer une nuit près de l'aéroport situé à Narita, éloigné de 75 kilomètres de Tokyo - soit 1 heure en train express mais cher ou 1 heure et demie par un train moins rapide -, l'hôtel Narita Port est une bonne solution : soit à l'arrivée pour se reposer après un voyage souvent proche des 20 heures, attente et escale comprises, ou au […] retour puisqu'il faut se présenter 3 heures avant le décollage. C'est un bel hôtel, accueillant, confortable et à la décoration soignée. Les chambres sont bien équipées, calmes et bien insonorisées. A ne pas confondre avec le Narite Port Hotel (tout court) en centre ville sur Google Earth ! Ambiance kitch ancienne mais chambre spacieuse, propre, tout confort. Pas d'internet gratuit.

Thanks to the free shuttle bus, which may leave on a different bus stop than written, this hotel is very convenient for travellers passing by. It offers large and confortable rooms for a good price, but unfortunately there is no big choice of restaurants around. A nice feature is the fitness, which allows you to do some exercising.
