Lovely hotel, nice staff, room well appointed and great buffet breakfast. Only thing that bothered me was that free wi-fi was only available at the restaurants in the hotel ad no free wi-fi in room.

A nice hotel in business district of Jakarta . Staff are very polite and friendly . Rooms are big and clean . Relatively well maintained five star hotel of a few years ago .TV in the room is from ten years ago and inconsistent with five star standard . Internet is free only in the lobby near restaurants . I experienced 3 episodes of Internet interruptions […] lasting each a couple of hours during my 5 day stay . Breakfast is predominately for the taste of local tourists I guess : mostly sea foods and Sushi bar everyday ! My one night stay was very comfortable, staff were very courteous..... My only issue was that there was a long queue for the Buffet breakfast... the spread was not fantastic... Also no Premier League games telecast in the hotel room... else, it was a good experience....

I have stayed at the hotel several times over the past year. Service is in every respect superb. There are a handful of nice restaurants … and it appears that many guests dine in rather than heading out on the town.

Excellent hotel, Excellent friendly staff, Excellent service and amenities, very highly reccomend this hotel! only down side food and drink a little on the expensive side but on par with other 5* hotels, no where else within easy walking distance so need to take 3 - 4 minute taxi ride if you want to eat out.

This is my second time at the Hotel Mulia Senayan. The location is excellent for conducting business in the Senayan and South Jakarta region, and convenient for central Jakarta as well. Staff and hotel management are excellent. Rooms are nicely appointed and beautifully maintained. Staff is highly professional and very friendly.

Room rate very reasonable however wine charges were over the top at $25 a glass. TV CHANGER only works one channel at a time which is old technology for 70 channels.

I was traveling alone on this occasion and preferred to dine in my room. The room service menus offer extensive selections from their multiple fine restaurants with dinner served on portable tables with linen and built-in ovens to keep hot dishes hot. Food quality was outstanding. The Mulia is a world class experience with everything one needs for an outstanding business stay or a wonderful vacation. During a free Sunday, the concierge recommended the "Old Batavia" tour of the city through Gray Lines. Another great experience. This facility is truly 7 Star on a scale of 5 Star Hotels. This hotel is one of the best hotel serfce in the worled becouse they have great people realy care about customer I have stayed in Mulia Hotel for 5 nights and almost felt like home after a while. I specially appreciated the staff who were always very helpful, and smiling back. My room - non smoking floor - was high up, with a good view on busy traffic/life […] of Jakarta. The room was clean, and i slept well! I had a breakfast package, which was convenient for me, as The most convenient aspect of the hotel is its location, it being near to some shopping mall makes going out, eating out at night very easy. I will use the Mulia Hotel whenever I return to Jakarta for business. It is a very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. The service is excellent. Check in process was quick, smooth and the service fantastic. The hotel staff is very accommodating. External and internal security also very good. Breakfast buffet offered many cultural options. JJ's Bar is an absolute hoot and the bands that play there are top notch entertainers. Had dinner one night at the Italian restaurant, "Il Mare" and was pleasantly […] surprised. My understanding is the the hotel is about 13 years old, and so, it is probably time to update the rooms. That said, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. 入口の厳重さからはじまり、終始、高級感に圧倒されます。お部屋も広いです。バーなど付帯しているサービスも質が高く、安心して泊まれると思います。付近にセナヤンシティ・セナヤンプラザというところがあるのですが、高級ブランドやおいしいお食事処がたくさん入っていて、これまたおすすめです。

既に何度も利用しています。 欠点は、チェックイン時に、コネクティングルームでないことを伝えないと、そちらの部屋を選択されることです。コネクティングルームはドア１枚で仕切られており、隣の音が筒抜けのため、全く寛げない環境です。予約時に選択できるシステムに改善するべきです（サービスを４にしたのはこのためです）。今回もチェックインの際にその旨を伝えたため、快適な宿泊が出来ました。 朝食は非常に充実しており、このホテルの楽しみの一つです。週末はラウンジで生演奏を聴きながら寛げます。非常に上手いバンドに当たった時は得した気分になります。スタッフのサービスも気に入っています。

初めて宿泊したのですが、ロビーラウンジも大きくて部屋もきれいでした。今回ラウンジが使える部屋だったので何度か見に行きましたが時間帯が限られていて飲み物、スナック類が少ない。朝食もラウンジで食べるよりも1階で食べたほうが種類も豊富。プールも大きいしレストランも充実しています。

Je crois avoir payé pour une hotel 4étoil, mais je me trouve dans une chambre qui fait 14m2 et 4m2 toilet. Hotel situé sur plagen mais pas une plage où on peut se baigner. Tres belle piscine

Just la classe ! voila un hotel qui va vous faire aimer Jakarta ! la grande classe pas si loin de l aeroport et du centre de jakarta. Service digne d un palace. chambre au top. discotheque = bar = music live = filles... bref en endroit en plus smart et festif. Une bonne entrée en matiere quand on arrive de paris :)
