"Would recommend and would stay there again"

Overall the hotel was very nice, however, on the second night, the wireless internet connection would not work. Called the technical service people at the number I was given from the front desk and even they could not seem to fix the problem. "Great Hotel, Staff Needs Some Training"
Absolutely beautiful and updated hotel. Our room was gorgeous and quiet and very comfortable. The staff, on the other hand, need some training. We booked our room through hotels.com and it was paid in full before we ever checked in. However, we had to wait in line to check in for nearly 15 minutes because there was only one staff member on site and […] she kept answering the phone rather than waiting on customers. Then, when we checked out, they charged my credit card for the cost of the room, even though we had already paid for it through hotels.com. It took 3 days and multiple calls to the hotel manager before the money was credited back to our account. The manager was polite, but clearly not interested in helping the customer. The hotel was okay and I will probably stay there again because it is close to my families homes. The refrigerator was very noisy. We also noticed that while they had the usual card stating that we should hang any towel we planned to use there wasn't a single towel rack anywhere in the room or bathroom. The computers were the same ones that were installed […] when the hotel opened. We were very late checking in and they were very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights in the One King Bed Feature and it was extremely comfortable and roomy. It had a buffet breakfast. This was a very nice hotel to stay at while we attended a gymnastics meet. Room was clean and decorated nice. Breakfast was also served. It was just a few minutes away from the gym. The hotel experience was top notch. The quality of the room exceeded the price paid. Our room was beautiful & spacious, it had a large bathroom and walk-in shower with glass doors and jets on both ends.
