Hacienda Hotel and Casino - Boulder City, Amerika Serikat

Nice place to stay close to the Hover Dam and Lake Mead. Somewhat dated decor, no flat screen tv, but quiet and comfortable.

I thought the hotel was nice & had a great location. Heard the steak dinner was great, but I did not try it. The rooms were clean & in great shape for an older hotel. There were tears in the carpeting & cigarette burns in the floor. The beds were spring mattresses & very firm, so were the pillows. I prefer a much softer bed & fluffy pillows.

On line posted that all rooms had hair dryers--my room did not have a hair dryer. On line posted that refrigerators were available upon request--no so refrigerators are available only in the more expensive rooms. The coffee pot didn't work and I didn't know ii until morning when I tried to make coffee--too late to do anything about it. I did get a late […] checkout--staff was very accommidating. This hotel is old, but its clean and well kept. No frills perfect for a day trip to lake mead or hooverdam. We spent the day on the lake boating it was perfect for us a place to park with boats or trailor. Will stay again. Super cheap

The hotel is aging but fine for a short stay if you are a smoker. You have to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to your room. Their ventilation system is probably aging too, lots of smoke.

Closest Hotel to Hoover Dam which we wanted to see early am before our airline flight out of Vegas.. Front Desk service was very helpful as they printed out Airline Boarding Passes for me. Main complaint is the ventilation in the hotel is quite poor- can smell strong smoking smell all the way up the elevator shafts into the halls for the rooms. Room […] itself was relatively smoke smell free and the room was quite large. Minor complaint is the lower bedsheets were not fitted sheets and easily came untucked in the middle of the night. Would give a 3* rating and a good choice for a visit to Hoover Dam if that is needed. Smoke filled hallways and lobby are a major negative though. Baca selengkapnya

Noise level of water pipes will keep you awake ALL night. Called the front desk because we thought the loud buzzing sound was the fire alarm in the next room going off. After the 3rd call regarding the noise we gave up. In the morning the front desk had nothing to say about the problem and made to effort to accomodate us for the HORRIble ROOM. Free Internet would be nice

Nice hotel, older a bit dated but clean large rooms. Room rates were reasonable Friendly and helpful staff, had a room with partial view of both mountain side and lake. Really close to Hoover Dam. Was actually surprised as i have stayed here quite a bit and have never been treated the way I was treated upon Check in... I arrived a day early so i made another reservation to get the extra nite as well as the second room i had booked for the rest of the weekend, when i arrived they had my thursday nite reservation but not my friday and saturday […] reservation. When I gave them my SO-CALLED Confirmation Number they said it was the wrong number and i Obviously had mistaken my reservation for the extra 2 nites but i made the reservations together for friday and saturday nite and they had my other room just not Mine.... When my fiance asked the gentleman at the counter if he could call hotels.com and get it straightened out as he had no cell service the guy told my fiance no he couldnt but my fiance can got out in the parking lot till he found cell service to make the call himself... My fiance knowing that the account was in my name had to call me at a business function in Poland so i could make the call and straighten this out... It got straightened out after about 30 minutes and they finally let him in his room but when he went to check out they said they already gave him his cash deposit back which they had not as he still had the receipt on him, after they questioned him he just got mad and left without his deposit back... I found the hotel quite enjoyable. The staff was great, the room clean and comfortable, and the cafe and buffet very nice. My only qualm was the bed. It was an old-fashioned spring mattress with very little padding between the springs and me. I just couldn't get comfortable. Stayed at this hotel/casino because it was close to the hoover dam. Should have looked more closely at the hotel's ratings. The room was disgusting, full of stains on the sheets, walls, and toilet. I did not want to walk around barefoot on the carpet, let alone stand in the shower. The casino was small with not much table variety, but the band that […] played was great as well as the service from the cocktail waitresses. I would have much rather taken the extra 10 minutes to drive to the dam and spend a few more dollars on a neighboring hotel than suffer another night in this there. This was the 4th time we've stayed here and we will again. It is not the "lap of luxury" but it's OK. The room rates are not super low but they're fair. The food is not amazing but it is good, and reasonably priced. The room was clean and we had a good night's sleep. There is enough of a variety of gaming for our wishes. The staff didn't gush and fawn […] all over us but they were all polite and answered any questions we had professionally. It is the perfect "bridge" between our timeshares in Arizona and Vegas. Very outdated hotel. Staff not very friendly. Smoke smell was everywhere...restaurant staff very put out if ordering from menu vs. buffet.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. The bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect for us as we travel from Tucson back to Northern Nevada. The staff is friendly and everything was great even good food in the cafe.

The Hacienda was perfectly located in between the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. We are non smokers so we were very discouraged when we entered the hotel and were consumed with the smell of cigarette smoke. To our surprise our room was completely smoke free. An older casino resort type hotel - large room and perfectly comfortable. Not a modern state of the art hotel but very good value for money - suited us well as a stoppover, arriving at Vegas by air and driving in the morning towards Phoenix.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It feels like a family run Casino. It is small and personal with very attentive staff and dealers. It is close to Las Vegas and close to Boulder Dam.

A little dated, (it's in a very touristed area) but very clean. The front desk staff were great. You can walk from the hotel parking lot to the Five Tunnel trail that funs along the rim of Lake Mead. Wonderful views of the lake.

We booked for a pet room. It was on the 2nd floor. Our dog is old and couldn't go down the stairs. No place to walk him. Nothing but asphalt. Costs for pets was higher than others where we have stayed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the views, the rooms, the food and.....we loved everything! Thank you!!!

My friends and I were centering our visit around Lake Mead and Boulder City, and the hotel was very convenient. The room, with two queen beds and a sofa, was quite large. The hotel has been around for awhile, and it shows, but a great value on the southeast end of Vegas.

Hotel was nice especially for the price that we paid. It did not include the complimentary high speed internet access but it suffice because it was very close to Hoover Dam.

Great location ... with great food of all types at multiple locations within the hotel/casino (24 hours a day). Rooms were first rate and I appreciated the "in room" coffee brewer (used "pod" coffee that was restocked daily ... free ... by room service). I had friends come over one evening for the "buffet" (2 of 9 ordered the prime rib) ... and I […] am still hearing from all of them "how great it was" (had to extract the whole crowd from the gift shop and the casino area after the meal). Parking was not a concern (location or security) ... I did have to take an elevator to my room on the 6th floor and go downstairs for ice ... but ... I stayed 4 days (for a competitive sporting event) and I just don't think I could have done any better. I look forward to staying at the Hacienda next year for the same event. Baca selengkapnya

The location and pricing of this hotel was ok but the beds were the worst I've ever slept on. The pillow were 2" thick (when fluffed) they were stiff and provided no comfort. I asked for and upgraded room and was advised ALL the beds in the hotel are the same. Location to Lake Mead was excellent and the service was adequate. The bar area however, had […] only 10 stools and no other places to sit or dance to the band (not very accommodating) towards the guests looking for drinks or listening to good music. was told my room would be on 3rd floor but at time of checkin was given 10th floor. Dog next door woke me up at 5:00 a.m. with his barking. Perhaps pets could be in a special location. One man checking in had 4 dogs!

Excellent place to stay. Spacious quiet rooms and friendly staff. Close to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas.
