ResortQuest Rentals at The Beach House - Miramar Beach, Amerika Serikat

Condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. It was a great place for a family, not a lot of partying on the beach. The pic's I posted from the balcony was breath taking and friends commented the photo's didn't look real because it was so beautiful. There is a grocery store near by, resturants and surf shops. We definately will stay again.

Very comfortable stay..amazing view..condo dated but clean n roomy..need to upgrade pull out bed mattresses..def time..I'm a gym rat even on vacation..gym equip needs updated..other than that, met our family goal! Very nice waking up to the beach front view for almost 2 wks! Recommend this condo n will be on our list of faves forever!

My wife and I and our three children drove in from Houston and stayed at the Beach House for 5 days. Everything was perfect. Condo was clean, beach was fantastic. Booking from Hotels.com was painless as was the check-in. Hotel was close to grocery stores and to Destin for excursions we took. On a side note, my wife mistakenly left some expensive jewelry […] in the room and didn't notice till we were 5 hours away. We called the Beach House and they said they would get with the cleaning person. I'm happy to report that the staff at the Beach House did follow up and the jewelry was shipped to us promptly. The Beach House was truly a pleasant surprise! We checked in after hous and had our door combination waiting for us and it was seamless. Our room was very comfortable, clean and updated. Kitchen was abundantly supplied with clean plates, glasses and silverware. Furniture and bedroom were clean and comfortable. Beach was especially enjoyable and right […] out the door. We drove 11 hours and arrived just in time for check-in. Immediately loved the exclusive parking for the condo, so any concerns over the safety of our vehicle was immediately satisfied. The young lady checking us in was very polite, professional and informative. Upon entering the room we we're immediately overwhelmed with magnificent view of the gulf!! […] Our condo was clean and fresh! Access to the beach was perfect. I was very disappointed with this condo. The condo itself is very old. Some updates have been made but for the price I was expecting much better. I didn't get to see our particular unit on the internet. You don't get to see the particular unit that you are renting .It was very old and outdated. There were repairs in progress in the master bathroom. […] I brought three teenagers, and frankly there wasn't much for them to do. They were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub. The pool on the internet is actually a children's pool ,but this is my fault for not inquiring myself. There is no poolside or beach service either. There wasn't a washer and dryer in the condo but on the floor. The view is great since it is on the beach. That is the only plus!!!! I would not recommend this condo especially since you can get much newer and updated condos for the same price!!!!!!!!! It is really in Miramar beach which is about 10 miles from the waterpark, go-carts, chain restaurants, etc. I would not recommend this particular condo or resortquest properties. Baca selengkapnya

Very Nice place to stay with kids. Very clean and great staff. NO ISSUES and we are picky. Beach very close and not as crowded as most spots that have more traffic and hotels. Perfect place and we will go back.

Condo was older, but updated had been made on the unit we were in. Air conditioner had water leaking from it and had carpet wet. They had a bucket to catch the water. They need to fix that. Other than that, the unit wasd fine.

Fantastic!! This was our third trip to Destin and we have found our forever place to stay!!! Will definitely stay at The Beach House from now on. Close to everything and the beach view and access was perfect!

The hotel rooms were nice and clean with a great ocean view. The location was great and within walking distance of a grocery store There were several issues with my 2 bedroom condo : No washer/dryer , The beds were very hard, There were very few amenities we literally had to purchase everything ,even toilet paper. There was cable only in master bedroom […] and living room with only a tv in the 2nd bedroom. The wireless connection was slow and you were only allowed one connection unless you want to pay extra for more. I couldn't hook up any of the smart phones or the I-pad because I was already connected on laptop. I paid quite a bit for six days and was expecting a bit more. Baca selengkapnya

Excellent accommodations. Beautiful balcony view of the Gulf....white sands outstanding. Great to have a furnished condo right on the beach. Fit our need for less traffic and less people. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful beach, but still close to nice restaurants and the mall. The kitchen has everything you'll need.

Check in was fast and easy. Our room exceeded expectations. We literally stepped off our elevator, went down some stairs, and were right on the sand, so the location was fantastic. Plus you get an umbrella and two beach chairs for free if you are staying at this condo. View from our balcony was GORGEOUS! The condo is right down the street from the outlet […] shopping center, nice restaurants, and a grocery store, so very convenient! The pool was nice and very clean. They have free movie rentals for the entire time you stay there, so the kids were entertained at night. We actually tried to stay longer than we originally planned, but the room was already booked.
