Stayed here for daughters ski race up the road. Great location. Wonderful hotel with nice extras- pool, coffee, bustling lobby. Only disappointment was we arrived at 3 for check-in, there published time and we waited until 5:30 for our room to be cleaned. My one night stay with my girlfriend was not what we had in mind we we surrounded by hordes of kids on vacation. At 5:30 am I was awoken to the thundering of feet up and down the halls and screaming kids. "Comfortable, friendly, and very well-priced"
The Hampton is quite new, and therefore modern and up to date. Staff are friendly and helpful, bedding is superb (love that feather-light but cozy duvet cover), temperature controls are easy to use. Plenty of towels, plenty of coffee, and even TWO armchairs, so we could both read or watch TV. Some of the outlets are almost across the street, and Route […] 93 and other highways are only a couple of miles away, so the location is ideal. Minor complaint: I wish the pool/hot tub opened before 9:00 a.m. I have a health issue that benefits from the spa - but by 9:00 I'm up and out. Will definitely stay at the Hampton again! We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was superb !! Very clean room and extremly great mattress and pillows. The only thing that I learned is to ask for an upgrade to a suite if available. I booked 4 adults and an 11 yr. old child. Room had 2 quuen beds and hardley enough room for a queen air mattress. "Nice place to stay"
Hotel was full so I thought it would be noisy but I was very quiet. Right next to good restaurants and outlet mall. Breakfast was good.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com
