"Extremely satisfied with my stay"

"Nice, new hotel."
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is some noise from the interstate nearby, but it isn't too loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Will be returning!"
For a smaller town, Jonesboro has alot to offer for a fun family night. The hotel is just far enough away from the noisy, bust streets, however several different resteraunts are just minutes away. We arrived on a Friday evening, checkin was fine had reservations and that was all good, however when we got to the room our fridge was not working and needed defrosting, but maintence wasn't there this weekend, also our comforter was dirty and stained, brought another one not much better, and last of all our shower curtain had mold on it. The best hotel we have stayed in so far. The bed was absolutely fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of children in the pool and running around on the first floor. "You get what you pay for!"
A great hotel for a great price! My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old daughter. Anyone with a toddler understands luggage is never minimal :) The room we stayed in was very spacious, even with all of our bags and our daughters toys, we still had more than enough room to walk around. "Worst Service In The Area"
I would have to say this is a nice hotel but the staff has no idea how to provide service. First, the toilet wass plugged and wouldnt flush, when I called the front desk I was told that there are no maintenance personnel so I could come to the front desk and get a plunger and fix it myself. How rude is that? Second, I was travelling with a 6 year old […] that wanted to use the pool, we stopped at the front desk to get pool towels and were told they already handed out too many and would not be giving out anymore. Dont even ask about breakfast..... they were just as rude. I think the manager needs to fire the entire staff and start over with people who actually want to work. "Nice room, bad tv."
Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly staff. My only real issue was that the tv in the room didn't work unless I unplugged it from the wall and replugged it several times in a row. This is what the staff told me to do when I told them it wasn't working. It was fine the first time, but got annoying very quickly. On top of that, let me just say that […] it was not easy to get behind the furniture to unplug the tv myself. I have bruises from trying to move it and I finally just tried to squeeze back behind it.
