"Disaster hotel"
I m usually not that picky but this hotel is really a disaster to stay in from the staff to location. Thanks god that we just had to stay for one night. We arrived at around 8 p.m. The reception was unattendent . The bar attendee how was serving around 40 people alone rushed to us and offer orange juice and try to call the receptionist but without any […] luck. He was the only staff member who seems to work hard in this hotel. When the receptionist apperied after 25 min she was not care even to excuse as something normal to leave her duty. Second surprise the reservation in the hotel system is for on person with single bed, while ourbreserviation was for two adults and one child with double bed. Thanks goodness that I printed out my reservation. After she had ten min to figure out what she suppose to do she gave us small room for two people and squized an additional bed in the small room. The location is in industrial area with no public transport. Good that I had rental car.third surprise in morning on the day of check out we been asked to pay 189 euro instead of 81 euro as in our reserivation. Even when I showed my copy of hotels.com reservation the lady at the desk and her manager were not convinced and had to call someone before let us go. Fourth surprise a water park tickets were included in the price, when we went their and we paid for the additional person we were not allowed to use the water park because they do not allow short swimming suite and you have to use short cut ones. They could not refund the tickets that we been offered at the hotel and I still have them. In total I don't recommend this hotel at all. Very bad experience. "Hotel bien situé sur ZI Wavre Nord"
L'accueil est professionnel. Les repas sont de qualité même si le temps d'attente est important. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est agréable.

Hotel très correcte, excellent petit dejeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre.
