Excellent location easy walking distance to sights and train station. The hotel lists wi-fi as one of the services. However, it rarely worked in our... room, so we had to go to the common area to get reception. . This is an older hotel and I knew that so I didn't expect too much. However, the shower stall was rickety and very small, the toilet seat broke and no one came to fix it, although the cleaning person was made aware. The light burnt out and there was no replacement (a strange sort of fixture, we didn't even know how to get the old light out ) so we only had two very dim lamps as it was the weekend so there was no one around to take care of it. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and most speak English, so that's a plus.They put on a big spread every morning, which is gratis. Meats,cheeses, rolls, cereal, etc. You often have to wait for coffee as there is only one pot brewing at a time as they use the top warmer to keep the milk warm. So... coffee runs out, you wait... overall.. the minuses are 'minor' things - This hotel is very economical, so if you want a great location, nice staff, English, free breakfast, and all for a super price, this is the spot.
