Good service but room had a smell
The room was very nice, but small. It was perfect for one person. Two people would have trouble moving around, but that's probably OK if you don't plan to spend much time there. "cleanliness and room size"
We have a special situation that our family member is very ill in Hong Kong but due to other medical appointments we need to have some flexibility on changing changes without penalty but you do not offer this which is very unreasonable. We stayed 1 night at Cosmo Hotel, unfortunately we missed the shuttle bus from china ferry terminal, have to take 2 cabs about HK100 to the hotel. The shuttle bus waiting point at china ferry terminal is not easy to locate. Check in on 12pm, rooms were available quite early. Clean and fully utilised the space of the room, beds were comfortable. I really like this hotel. The staff´s services was good and nice! I really like hotel that offer small stuff which make the visit more comfortable for the guest. This is a great hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a family quad room. Compact but Perfect. Great breaky. Close to Olympic MTR. not far to Mongkok MTR. Has a shuttle bus which is very convenient. 10 minute walk up to the ladies Market or 15 min to Temple Street market. Lots of little places to eat all around.

Hotel rooms in Hong Kong are really small. These rooms are really really small. If there are two people in one room, one of you will not be able to lay your suitcase down to open. The name says Mong Kok but you're really more in Tai Kok Tsui […] which is about a 25 minute walk to Mong Kok where all the nightlife and restaurants are. It's not a bad walk if you're use to urban settings and walking the mile but I was with my mom visiting her family that live in Mong Kok and she had to take cabs. The hotel is price competitively in the town area and i am pleased with the overall experience. They have free shuttle service to drop off guests in several hot spot in the town. Room is small but for the price and location i consider it very good deal!

The hotel had great service and had staff that were fluent in english. Overall, the hotel is relatively new, so it is fairly clean and modern. Some of the cover for the sheets were a little worn and should not have been used again, but they were still clean. The hotel is a bit of a walk from both the Olympic and Mongkok MTR stations. Once you've figured out how to walk to the MTR and how to take the buses, it is not all too bad. Overall, a hotel that is relatively new, with great service. As a matter of fact, we provide 5 different room categories for various travel needs while the room size ranges from 18 to 42 sq m. Next time when you stay with us, you can sort out a more spacious room! Our beds on the other hand are from the worldly famous Simmons brand and the measurement of our beds are of international standards. "Reasonably priced & conveniently located"
Although rooms are relatively small as to be expected for hotels in Hong Kong, but the cleanliness and modernity made up for the lack of space. Look beyond the rundown buildings in the vicinity, being located amongst the residential estate, many amenities (such as eateries, laundry shop, mini-mart)are within walking distance. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at the Cosmo Hotel because the hotel itself is newer. The service is good and the rooms were pretty big for HK standards. I never had a chance to try out the restaurant food, but I heard you cannot sit in there if you don't order something. It definitely wasn't the amazing flavor that I heard about in HK. I love Cantonese style Chinese food too! There's a McDonald's across the street too for your morning coffee. It's really strong. The value of the price paid was very reasonable and there is a free shuttle that takes you to the Mongkok train station. My real complaints are... -The wifi was only free in the lobby and very expensive in the rooms. - The shuttle filled up very fast and often there wasn't enough room for us. They don't allow standing. -The location of the hotel is at least a 15-20 minute fast paced walk from any train station. This makes it hard if you are traveling with someone older. - The carpets were vacuumed and cleaned, but there were a lot of stains on the floor. Also there was a cockroach in one of our 4 rooms. Service is good, the hotel is nice and clean, but a bit far from the MTR
Hardware and software work together makes a great hotel and we are happy to hear that we have both in hands. Location-wise we are an easy 4-min walk to nearby subway Olympic station and for guest convenience, we also provide daily free shuttle buses to Mongkok station and other destinations in Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon for different travel purposes.

Our room size varies from 18 to a spacious 42 sq m suitable for different travel purposes. Our Suite Air and Room Family Quad are perfect fits for triple and quadruple accommodation respectively! In fact, we have been receiving many good comments for our staff service and we will definitely keep up the good work. Room rates will fluctuate according to the demand and supply and during travel high season the rates will elevate and this is a normal practice for all hotels in Hong Kong. Overall a fine hotel! It is in an interesting area of Hong Kong, a little far from the island, but close to the airport and Disney World. Cheap by Hong Kong standards and the rooms were spacious and clean!

Our beds are especially chosen from the Internationally renowned Simmons brand an on top, we have pillow menu for guest’s selection at no cost too. As for Internet, it’s a common practice in Hong Kong that starred hotels will have a charge on Internet service. Honestly, our rate plans go in line with other same-class hotels in the surrounding area and Internet service enjoys 100MB ultra high speed to ensure speedy surfing.
