Highs: Rooms and grounds kept very clean and tidy All the staff are friendly and helpful No contention for sun beds or space (in mid-late sept) Food is... all quite good and was varied over the 9 days we were there Spa is very good and staff very professional Seems to be good value for money if you stick to the all inclusive Lows: This is a big hotel so everything feels a little impersonal If you go inclusive, the drinks are not so good - all table wine and cheap spirits Views are not that inspiring - not even the beach particularly The approach to the hotel is disappointing There is nothing to do in the immediate area, so you'll need a car unless with a travel agent where you have arranged excursions Other points: This a predominantly German hotel (50-60%), 20% Italian, 20% other incl French, British We were there as a couple, so the families there at the time were all young families, but this is a hotel geared for families not couples - really, i.e. it's not that romantic.
