Right over the road from the Mezquita - one of the world's treasures! Close to all there is to see in the old town. A good breakfast included in the price and helpful staff on reception. Excellent location within walking distance to the various Roman ruins. also car parking which is a must in these old Spanish towns. A good restaurant as well and helpful service at the desk.

The place has its own roman artifacts and is build from an old monestary it doesn't get much cooler.
"Mérida Parador - comfortable and convenient"
A converted C18 convent, this hotel has great character, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely line of skincare products provided in the rooms. It's extremely close to the sights. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

"The Parador de Merida was centrally located."
We were pleased with our stay at this Parador. The building is lovely, historic and is conveniently located in town. Our GPS navigation system in the rental car brought us to the perking entrance on the backside of the hotel where we were directed to a small, underground parking garage. Check-in was simple and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our […] 2nd floor room was clean, comfortable and we had a beautiful view of storks nesting on rooftops all around us. We visited a wonderful museum of Roman antiquities which was within easy walking distance. Our only disappointment was eating dinner in the charming hotel restaurant; the "chefs special" featured a regional dish that contained unrecognizable chicken pieces stewed in an unpalatable sauce. "Hotel ist sehenswert"
Große, saubere Zimmer, bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas überheißt. Wermutstropfen ist die teure Garage (mit 19 € pro Tag). Ansonsten für unseren Kurzaufenthalt gut gelegen und gut geeignet.
"Parador De Merida"
Vraiment très content de cet hôtel, en plein centre de Mérida ! Nous avons du payer un peu plus cher pour garer la voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel, mais il est tellement difficile de se garer dans ce quartier de Mérida qu'on s'est offert ce "luxe" Sinon petite piscine, hammam perso, salle de sport (très petite...) à dispositions, bref, bon hôtel […] ! "Skal du besøke Merida må du bare bo her"
Det var et flott gammelt hotell, rommene var store og det var flott bad. Merida er veldig varmt i september, men når du kom tilbake til Parador kunne du sitte i patioen og drikke ditt kaffe eller hva, du kunne ta et avkjølende bad og alt var fantastisk. mvh Undis og Vidar
