"Amazing hotel, minutes from Hyannis."
This was by far the best Hampton Inn that I've stayed at. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly, willing to answer any questions. "The good and the bad"
The good: the hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Everyone was very friendly. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The bad: the pool temp was around 75 degrees. Way too cold to enjoy yourself. Biggest "bad" is they allow children in the hot tub. Big no no in my book. They have posted rules stating children must be accompanied by an adult. […] But that wasn't happening. We just couldn't relax at all. It's a great hotel, they just need to enforce their own rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. The manager, Brenna, greeted me upon my arrival at 1 AM with the most alert and professional way. After many years of blah late night arrivals, it was refreshing. "A catelogue of errors"
Hotel excellent, although area left much to be desired (only realised on third day out of four). Staff/service was poor...stranded for one hour in blazing sun waiting for courtesy bus...... Found room unlocked after afternoon on the beach with all valuables inside....final straw heavily advertised pool/BBQ event fiasco running out of food and wine within […] minutes One complaint about the food was that everything was sugary, omelettes made from egg powder . All food was eaten off plastic plates using plastic cutlery. After four nights at the Medford Hyatt(recommended) this hotel was a big let down.a major, major disappointment. "Perfect for flying visit"
Good location and easy to find. Staff friendly and hotel comfortable and just what we needed for an overnight stay. Used the pool and spa but would have preferred specific changing rooms rather than having to use the toilets. Breakfast was good and convenient. Good size bedroom and bathroom and quiet. "a Good Business Travel option"
The hotel had all someone needs for traveling. I was there on business and arrived very early, before the actual check in time and the staff was very friendly and helpful to get me all settled in even though it was no where near time to check in. The only issue I had was the surrounding area; there weren't much places to get a really nice meal to eat. […] There are food options so you wont go hungry. The Hotel is also not too far from a Mall. "nice place to visit"
This was a nice hotel clean and friendly employees. you do need a car to get around and although it was coming to the end of the season there was still some attrations running e.g marthas vinyard and boat trip round the harbour. Great hotel, very clean, well maintained, well maintained grounds. Friendly, polite staff who know the meaning of customer service. There's a pool (indoor and outdoor) and a gym. The rooms are enormous, really well equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and hair dryer. We stayed two nights at the end of our New England tour - it was a great place to […] end our trip. There's a fabulous Italian restaurant a short walk away - I'd recommend a visit. Great value for money and ideally situated for drives to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and the JFK museum.. "A welcome place to stay on the cape..."
Had a great stay, the staff were excellent and helpful. Had problem with the whirlpool tub and it was fixed promptly. (the chocolates left by the staff for our inconvenience were a great touch, shows that they care). Highly recommend.Ulasan otentik tamu Expedia

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in West Yarmouth. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The coffee and cocoa were a nice touch in the lobby. The staff members were friendly and helpful with good tips on local restaurants and directions.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"Nice location"
