"Long weekend at Edmonton"
The Hotel room is good except for the aircondition that was on the timer???? we keep waking up to set the timer, for the AC is OFF. WE try to set to the lowest set point so it will run by the thermostat when the room temperature is below set point, The front desk did not advice regarding the AC adjustment and did not even asked how's your stay or SLEEP? "Flushed away"
Comfortable hotel, nice lobby and friendly staff. I was very dissapointed with their buffet breakfast; worst I have ever had. My other issue was that my toilet was broken when i returned to the hotel; whcih meant that the cleaning staff must have flushed it and broke the chain. When I got back to my room and called down to get someone up to repair it […] as the toilet was constantly running, they called back 45 min later and told me that no onw was on staff to help...but that I could move rooms! Who wants to move rooms at 9pm when they're all unpacked and ready to shut down for the night. In the meantime, I had to shut off the water source to keep the john from running and I had to use a coathanger to flush when needed. The toilet was fixed the next day but no apology or compensation for the inconveneince. The beauty was that they took off the coat hanger from the back of the toiler and placed it nicely on my bed!!! I was not happy with this hotel,as it was not at the level for what I have stayed at for other Four Points hotels. I was disappointed with the size of the room,as we could not walk by each other at the end of the beds,as well as..one of the queen beds was worn out,and we rolled to the middle of it while trying to sleep. Also,the bathroom was so small,that […] we could not be in it together,as well as we had to warn each other that we were coming in,or we would hit each other with the door! Also..hallway noise,as well as noise from room guests above us,annoyed us immensely. The room was always made up clean each day though..so,that was a plus..but not enough for us to want to go back here again. Disappointing...for this supposedly being a Sheraton hotel. "OK for Short Stay"
It is an OK place to stay, but you may find somewhere nicer with the same price if you plan your trip earlier. Me and my girl friend booked a room with a King size bed through Expedia but ended up with 2 Queen size beds. The staff at the front desk did not point that out when we checked in. When we went back ask after check-in, they explained they ran […] out of rooms with King size bed and the room they gave us is an upgraded one. They emphasized a few times our room is more expensive than what we paid for. Speechless!! LOL! We did find some hairs and stains in bed, but overall the cleanness is OK. Bathroom is small and water pressure is low as some people mentioned before. House keeping staff are a little noisy if you like sleeping in. Food in the restaurant is OK but a bit pricy. First stay at this hotel...and I was satisfied. If you are a member of their rewards club you have the option to not have your room cleaned daily and collect an extra 250 points for each day you opt out of housekeeping services, which is great. This hotel is going thought a remodel. The common areas and exterior are the first to be updated. They are making huge improvements on the property. Staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean but was in need of an update. When the remodel is done this will be a very nice location. Hotel staff were prompt and courteous, our room was clean and very well-maintained, Our only issue was the pool area- the pool temperature was FREEZING, and the pool and deck area was filthy. We had the standard with 2 queen beds, the room was big, the bathroom was small but functional, it had a fridge but no microwave and the bed and pillows were super comfy! This is a very nice hotel. not near a lot of things but still a nice hotel. i gave maintenance a 3 because it is looking old and tired but they are in the process of rectifying things.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"Under renovation!"
For the rate they are charging, definitely not recommended. We had flies and other bugs on our window siles (in late December)! We have stayed here in the past many times, but we will not be going back, until we know all the renovations are complete.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"Weekend getaway"
The hotel is in a covenient location. Close to south common shopping, restaurants, theatre for movies and casino. Staff very friendly. Clean and very comfortable. Great weekend getaway. Some luxury at reasonable rate.Ulasan otentik tamu Expedia
