We needed a hotel for one night before getting the train from St Malo and this hotel was just right, only 5 mins from the station. Rooms were clean and a good size. We also needed a cot which the hotel provided free of charge.

Excellent in one word. First off, brand new hotel. Room was super clean. The room was a little cosy but was very very comfortable fo me and my wife. The bath room had excellent fixtures and was extremely clean. There was a nice closet to hang in our clothes, shoes etc... The best part, it was just a hop and skip from the TGV station. It is literally […] across from the station may be like 300 m This was the only reason, we were able to make it to the train station on time. Dont misread that there will be noise from the station. NONE. It is farther away for noise but close enough for access. The main gate of the walled city is about 10 minute walk. Not bad. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Best Western St. Malo is a very new hotel,,excellent service , spotlessly clean near the train station/port and a short 15 minute walk to the walled city. We chose city parking, right in front of the hotel, always plenty of spaces, free from 1900 to 0900, and fed the meter at night to sleep in late the next morning I think it was 1 euro per two […] hours, .My only gripes were inconsistent WIFI in the room, it went in and out, always came right back, but was a nuisance. Also the shower barrier was too short for the shower so it always leaked and we had to use an additional towel to mop up the excess water after every shower. Really hard to find as sat nav sent us too a nearby housing estate on the seedier side of town, but all turned out ok as a quick phone call directed us to "opposite the station".. worried about parking then for 10 euro,s you can park securley underneath the hotel in the balmoral carpark with direct lift access to your room. Rooms are very clean and […] tidy and all you have to do is ask and a complimentary tray of kettle,tea and coffee will be brought to your room. Staff speak ok english and are happy to help with maps, directions , advice and reservations. Breakfast was very good and available from 07:00 unusual in france. Very nice hotel, located within a 20 minute walk to the old city and very close to train station. Very good breakfast for 11EUR. The room was clean, sufficient room and storage. The bed was not comfortable for us. If you like a very firm mattress, it will be fine but we woke up aching all over. Other than the bed - it was a very nice stay.

We had an extremely good deal at this hotel. It is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the IntraMuros and very close to the train station if you want to get about by taxi. Staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and the rooms very spacious and comfortable

The Hotel is close to the histororic "Intra-Munros", the beach, the Ferries Terminal, the Railway Station, and many restaurants. Plenty of car parking space outside of the Hotel. The Hotel is of a very high standard, with lifts and all facilities beautifully furnished.

Comfortable & convenient near the ultra modern train station excellent buses. Less than 15 mins walk to the walled city or bus every 12 minutes. Clean modern area still some buildings under construction but very quiet at night. Shower floor dangerously slippery must put a towel on ceramic floor!

Very convenient for train station, 10 -15 min walk from old city and bus stops nearby for buses to other areas of town including ferries. (it is a circular route so approx 1/2 hour - 45 min bus ride to ferries & about 15-20 min from the ferries). Hotel is modern, very clean and reception staff friendly & helpful. Didn't take breakfast so cannot comment […] on the breakfast area or standard of food. If you don't want to pay hotel rates for breakfast there are a number of cafes which provide drinks & croissants . Just a minute's walk from the TGV rail station and the bus station this hotel is a good value base for touring. Frequent C1 and C2 buses allow visitors to enjoy St Malo's walled city and beaches without paying premium hotel rates. The hotel is opposite the railway staion and buses that take you to many parts of Northern France. Public transport was so good we did not take our car. Once the area has completed its re development it will be brilliant. We liked the fact we could take a bus into the old town. I felt very comfortable during my stay in this hotel. At check in, a staff advised me how to spend time in St-Malo and gave me a map. They also recommended some nice restaurant. The hotel is located almost in front of the SNCF station so I could leave my laggage just before getting on the train to Paris.

upon arrival we were told, sorry we have np trollies as the hotel is new and had to haul our luggage upstairs. New hotel but internet did not work and TV had no channels even though it was a lovely TV. Very poor attention to detail and sloppy

Brand new room...could have even been the first person to stay in the room. Pristine condition, and high quality of all fittings...not the closest hotel to the old town, but it's only a 15minute walk, or a 3 minute cab - but for the price, the quality couldn't be beaten...

Very nice and new hotel. Staff very helpful. Location 15-20 min walk to main beach, 35-40 min walk to old town where there are numerous restaurants. Taxis are expensive.

1泊しましたが、この値段でこんなに素敵なホテルに泊まれたなんて、本当にオトクだったなと感じています。 SNCF St. Malo駅のすぐそばでなので、列車移動の方にとっては本当に便利な場所にあると思います。 フェリー利用の方は、港までかなり歩くのでバスもしくはタクシーでのアクセスになりますね。 モンサンミッシェル行きのバスが出ているバス停も駅のすぐ横にあるので、都市間の移動に加え、観光面にも便利な立地にあるかと思います。 旧市街までは歩いて30分？程度だったと思いますが、歩けない距離ではないし、まっすぐな道を行くだけなので迷うことはないと思います。 ホテルの応対・設備は申し分ありませんでした。 フロントスタッフは愛想がよく親切で、チェックイン・アウト、観光案内、朝食時など、 いろいろと […] 気さくに話しかけることができました。 部屋は広く、ベッドも大きいです。 デスクやクローゼットもあり、液晶テレビではホテル紹介のVTRや、有料ですが映画なども楽しめるようです。 朝食もいろいろな種類の飲み物、パン、ハム、チーズ、クレープ、ヨーグルトに果物などなど、 バリエーション豊かで大満足でした。 絶対おすすめのホテルです。 Baca selengkapnya
