"Good experience"
Really liked the hotel...in fact we came back a second time...on our second visit, the tv in our room did not work and the door squeaked really loudly which was rough with an infant. "Very nice Inn"

"Very nice and comfortable"
The hotel is very nice. The people were also very pleasant. Sadly, the room was not set up the way we requested (after we called to confirm an hour before our arrival) which woke up our twins :( So, I think we pretty much woke up everyone on our floor. "Hotel for long weekend at the races"
I liked the location, I was suprised to stay in an ADA room. Stayed for 3 nights and was told after first night I could be moved next day due to hotel being full. That was a Saturday and staff seemed busy with new guest so I didn't bother changing rooms. Waffle maker didn't work for breakfast and wasn't really impressed with the rest of the food. "Very nice hotel"
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean. The only problem I had, which wasn't really a "problem" was the setting on the thermostat. It's a bit cooler than it reads. It was set on 73 when we came in and we woke up the next morning freezing. The next night we set it higher to 78 and […] it was much more comfortable. (We ended up staying again even though we originally intended on just one night. They gave us back the same room that we had. :) Everyone was very nice and helpful. They had printouts for directions to Carrabus Arena and to the mall already made. The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. I only wish that the hotel was closer or on a different route to the Cabarrus Arena. The back roads were treacherous due to the weather conditions. This was obviously through no fault of the hotel, but it would be nice if there was a closer hotel to the arena.Ulasan otentik tamu Hotels.com

"Decent Place"
When we checked in, we were first send to a roon that was never cleaned from the previous occupiants. The gentleman at the front desk fixed the issue promptly. The room we ended up with was okay. "Clean, comfortable, and a good price."
This is a fairly new property, and it fits the bill for a value priced hotel for business or leisure travel. I stayed there with my family on a holiday trip. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. Staff was friendly. We did not have any problems to be resolved, but based on their attitude I am sure they would have addressed anything we needed. […] Breakfast was free, and typical for this class of hotel. Not bad, but average. Internet was free, but a bit slow. Again, this is fairly typical. The price was the best I obtained for the area - excellent, since many of the more expensive properties are not nearly as new or as nice (I have stayed at several). "Great place to stay"
