Of particular note, was the impeccable, friendly service provided by Josée, the front desk attendant who served me, showed me the room and introduced me to the facilities. Really nice place, but when they tell you it's the last room we have (on hotels.com) then you have to know you are sleeping with the elevator on the ground floor.
