It's new, it's clean, it's quiet, it's on the north district in Seoul, near to the City Hall and old palaces! You can walk around the downtown, you can take the subway- the Seoul train station is only two stops away where you can take the KTX (bullet train like TGV) to Incheon airport.

A korean tour lady agent, who just jumped the queue and was almost served by the front counter staff. And I was waited in the queue for quite a while and yet the front counter staff who noticed me and yet offered service to the tour lady agent first.

As I write this I am in the hotel. This hotel is great in that it has a great location, good wifi, clean rooms, and friendsly staff. Buffet is good but at 20k won is sort of steep. 호텔의 위치, 객실 청결, 인터넷서비스 등 만족스러웠습니다. 몇가지 바라는 것은 구두주걱이 없었고 문을 크게 열고 놓지 않으면 끝까지 닫히지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 로비가 좀 좁아 보였고 카페가 함께 있어 소음이 많운 것은 좀 아쉽습니다.

酒店位置近地鐵站, 容易到達購物,飲食及景點站. 酒店職員非常有禮貌, 下次耍到韓國, 再會選擇 center mark hotel.

床大及免強可將兩個行李夾打開放在地下, 房間整潔, 有線上網快及wifi也良好. 唯沖涼用品只提供一套, 不夠二人用, 要問服務員再取. 房間冷氣難調較, 有時很焗, 睡得不好. 服務員國語及英語均好, 住客多是business man或中國客, 少有香港人. 我們住了六天, 中間一天去了春川遊覽, 得李放在酒店寄存, 但居然要收寄存費用每件行李10000won, 有點感意外, 4星酒店應可提供此服務, 酒店有提供專車至明洞, 但班次很疏, 住客未必可享用. 雖然酒店沒有專車至機場, 但得約5分鐘便可以到巴士站乘6002號, 也十分方便. 從鐘閣站3號出口行約5分鐘便到達酒店, 位置十分方便, 且酒店後面便是仁寺洞, 行街食野十分方便.

I only stayed 2 nights but very much enjoyed the stay. The staff spoke very good English and were very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see during my short stay. Just next to the hotel there is a small turist/souvenir street - Very nice if you like these kinds of shops - The city center is also within walking distance.

인사동 거리와 상당히 가까이 위치를 하고있어서.. 편리함이 컸었으며.. 무엇보다도 새 건물이 이어서 인지 상당히 깔끔함이 맘에 들었다.. 직원들도 친절했으며.. 나쁘다는 느낌은 들지 않고.. 괜찮다는 느낌이 컸던 숙소였다.^^ 만족합니다..

地下鉄の駅から近く、どこにいくにも便利でした。 オープンが昨秋とあって建物・部屋・浴室もきれいです。 ただし、清掃はイマイチでしたが、今後も利用したいホテルです。

新しいホテルということで期待しつつ１泊泊まりましたが、初日玄関から重い荷物を引き吊りながら 入ってもホテルボーイに当たる従業員は知らんぷり。 ４つ星でオープン２か月のホテルにしてはサービスの質が低く、やる気のない従業員の姿には良い印象が持てなかった。 先端のカード式の部屋のカギは、いざ部屋の前で当てるとエラー表示、、プロントに 問い合わせても誤りの一言なし。今度はエレベータの玄関階層に当てる際にもエラーになり、 本当に開店２か月の最新式施設を有するホテルなのか疑問でした。 施設がだめでも４つ星に相応しいサービスや態度が欠けている印象でまた利用することは ないでしょう。 鐘路周辺という環境の好きな人以外はお勧めできません。
