"Great property, staff, location. The breakfast coffee is awful. I know this seems like a bit, but when you have to bring coffee made in the room to breakfast something is not quite right.

"The hotel was beautiful, nice and clean. If there was something I had to request is if possible to have breakfast a little earlier, as the breakfast was brought out at 6, but I was long gone by then each day. Maybe have a little something for the earlier risers. Other than that, it was perfect!"
"The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Every single member was incredibly helpful and kind.
We were trying to find the pool when a staff member noticed us and said, “You look like you’re trying to find the pool.” He then walked us right there. (I think it was someone from the maintenance department), but I’m not sure. He was amazing. Most associates would have walked right past us and not helped. He not only helped us but did so without us having to ask.
Once we got to the pool, we noticed that the door was broken (it was totally user error). Another associate came to help us out and made us feel like we were idiots.
I didn’t drive to the hotel; I got an Uber. However, an hour before checkout, I got a rental car. They waved us in and out without charging us the parking fee because we were there for a short time.
I will definitely be back to this location. Everyone went out of their way to make our staycation a great experience, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. ❤️❤️"
