"Staying at Ocean Pearl Maldives was short but truly memorable. Although we only had one day to enjoy Gulhi Island, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made every moment count. They knew it was my birthday and went out of their way to make it special, decorating our bed with fresh flowers and even suggesting a birthday cake (which we paid for ourselves, but the thoughtful gesture was appreciated nonetheless). "Fantastic resort. Close enough to Male for yacht transfer, far enough away to not see it and to have a decent reef. Accommodation is excellent, restaurants were great, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even more so than the standard you would generally expect in the Maldives. Not sure I can find a negative to report, we enjoyed every minute of our stay."
