"We will stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent position. Don't arrive between 12 and 2 as Little Collins St closed to traffic. Hotel muffins direct from oven are so good."

"Great place to stay! Matthew and the rest of the team are great. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Self-serve laundry on each floor is a nice feature. Also easy to walk to many places from the location. Will definitely go back there next time in Melbourne."

"Great hotel in a great area. Very clean and modern. I highly recommend it."

"My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys."

"Great rooms, well laid out and really big. The large spa bath is wonderful. Lovely breakfast. Close to everything in the city."

"Great spot for our 30th anniversary! The room was very comfortable with nice views of the riverfront and train tracks. We enjoyed the warm pool, and breakfast was good. Dinner on the 22nd-floor rooftop was delicious!"

"Staff were helpful and friendly Location beside the yarra river and all it offers is fantastic. Beautiful"

"The room was brilliant, the staff were very friendly and the location was good too."

"We had a river viewing room which is very spacious with great bed and large bathroom with bath. Modern design well maintained and very comfortable. Hotel is the best part of the town close to the major restaurants and an easy walk to both tram stops and the MCG. Have stayed here before and again."

"Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."
