Great apartment in fantastic location. Spacious, comfortable apartment well equipped. Lovely host with excellent communication. Thoroughly recommend. The location is in the heart of the old town so there will be noise from the bars and restaurant which is to be expected but we were willing to absorb this in order to be inside the city walls

The hotel is lovely, newly refurbished.
The staff were lovely, Ena, Petra and Franka at the front desk.
Ena (Ana maybe not 100% sure of name) especially was very helpful not only with advise but also helped me use the steam iron!
Hotel would have been 5 stars except there is no kettle in the room!
I would not hesitate to recommend as it was very nice.

The property is 5 star! Everything you need is supplied, from tea and coffee making through to a stocked mini bar. We came here from a 5 star hotel and it felt like home from home. The hosts are on hand to advise on where to eat and what to do. The location is very close to the old walls, but very quiet and everything is within easy reach - bars, shops, restaurants etc.
I would strongly recommend.

I stayed Easter week, and Jelena was so lovely and helpful, she met me on arrival from my airport transfer at the Pile gate (organised by the apartments). Jelena went out of her way to make sure everything was OK, checking in on me as a solo traveller every few days. Her boss needs to give her a raise, as she keeps the apartments immaculate. It was lovely and quiet after a long day out exploring. It was very handy for everything too, bars, restaurants and shops. Posat was my favourite...

Stunning room with fabulous bathroom in the heart of the old town of Dubrovnik. Nice touches like complimentary sitting area with wine outside the bedroom made for a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and the access key made coming and going easy. In the heart of the old town up a quiet land so noise wasn't a problem but within easy walking distance of everything.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Within walking distance of the main tourist spots. Loads of places to eat, some located in the square outside. Two small grocery shops close by, useful for self catering.
If you're a game of thrones fan the location for the walk of shame can be seen from the front door.
The only thing that some people may have to keep in mind is the amount of steps up to the apartment if you have mobility issues. Yes it's a loft but we didn't realise how tall these buildings...

The staff deserve an extra mention as they were all so friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. Incredibly polite. The Easter gifts from housekeeping were just so cute and very much appreciated!

We were collected by Nikola from the airport, who stopped off at a supermarket on the way to the Villa so that we could buy provisions: we did not ask him to do this, and we were very grateful he offered. He then gave us a mini-tour in the car around Plat and pointed out the restaurants, how to get to the beaches and the nearest mini-mart.
On arrival, he gave us a drink while we checked in, and he gave us information about where to go and how to get to Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and Mlini/Srebrano...

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Dubrovnik
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Dubrovnik is during February, March, and November, when hotel prices are lower. To truly appreciate the city’s stunning landmarks, rich history, and vibrant culture, it is advisable to stay for at least 3 to 4 days. This duration allows for the exploration of key sites such as the historic castle, picturesque marina, and breathtaking waterfront, as well as opportunities for boating excursions and sailing experiences. Visiting during these months not only offers great value for money but also the chance to enjoy this beautiful destination without the crowds, as prices may drop even further.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: You may discover attractive last-minute offers to Dubrovnik on Hotels.com. Begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections, where discounted hotel rates near your travel date could be available. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to keep informed about flash sales and promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool on the app may assist you in comparing hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see updates on availability or price drops. For budget-conscious travellers, there is potential for finding affordable hotels near Neretva as well.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a hotel in Dubrovnik. For those seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price seems a bit high, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but with Dubrovnik's excellent public transport options, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
